Very nice staff and the doctors are great. I’m not sure why others have been so negative, they are doing their best

I rate this practice zero stars. They are rude, non responsive, arrogant, incompetent and utterly money driven. They will not refill prescriptions with out office visits which is not only impractical (and often unsafe) but borderline illegal. There is no healing done in this practice. I (the patient) was disregarded, ignored and simply told what was the course with out input or collaboration. As a Bi lateral lung transplant with induced diabetes this is not only dangerous and incompetent but potentially lethal.

Terrible awful practice. No healing, no collaboration with the patient, very rude, arrogant and completely and utterly un- responsive.

I Have been under Doctor William Lasswells "practice" for over eight years and have witnessed his decline in my patient care to the point of total frustration from lack of care to out right incompetence bordering on malpractice ! Recently, I was admitted to the ER at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Medical Center with very high blood sugar levels and dangerous high blood pressure. My Blood Sugar Levels have been under control for years! Not one time did anyone from Diabetes and Endocrine Associates visit me during their rounds. More shocking, I did not receive any of my medications for over 24 hours when I was finally given a insulin shot. After my release, still no contact until I called "Lassells" answering service. Hours later his associate told me to double my metformin dosage and call for an appointment the following week. As our consultation was ending he berated me for missing appointments which I had called to cancel due to schedule conflicts and illness. $$$$ When I felt well enough to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy, the Pharmacist told me they had been calling his office for several days since March 9 and they never responded. A day or two later still no response! In the end HE FAILED TO PROVIDE ANY PRESRIBING INSTUCTIONS FOR MY NEW MEDICATION TO MY PHARMACY! Finally, after a very terse voice mail, they finally complied and provided instructions after eight days!!! I recently received a letter of termination which is a joke since I had already made arrangements to see a competent Doctor.

Outstanding experience with this office and doctor. They take care of everything........ Thank you, Dr. Lasswell.

Worst Dr. Ever. He needs to retire. I had to find a new doctor to take care of my needs.

My wife was referred to Dr. Laswell by our Primary for a thyroid biopsy. When we heard nothing I called (March 2020). Was told the lab reports sent by Primary were unreadable and to send again. I did instruct to send again. Didn't hear anything so called again late March. Was told they would see what could be done "but couldn't promise anything". No response so called again May 21. Office Asst. said she would review what they had AND PROMISED TO CALL ME MONDAY MAY 25. No call as of June 7th. The practice is either unprofessional or incompetent.

I came to Dr. Lasswell from another local doctor who is rated highly...... so I was used to good care. But Dr. Lasswell, and the staff, have exceeded my previous doctor......at least two-fold. Simply put, the program takes care of everything. Your blood is tested every three months and they often look at other areas besides diabetes. For example, one of their blood tests revealed that I had very low testosterone.... it is being addressed now by a doctor referred by Dr. Lasswell. And Dr Lasswell...... outstanding. Let me give you just one example... A few weeks ago, he had some new test results that I needed. I did not make it to the office... then, out of nowhere, I get a phone call from Dr. Lasswell (over the weekend!) inquiring about what I wanted to do with the test results. I asked him to fax them to the other doctor and it was done. GREAT DOCTOR........ PART OF A GREAT PROGRAM

Wife and I were victims of recalled hip implants with elevated chromium and cobalt in the blood we moved to Fla seeking an experienced endoand sure picked the wrong guy

Always a great dc. He has been amazing and the staff has always made me feel like they cared and been very helpful!!!
