Dr. Hackett is one of the most knowledgeable, informative and thorough doctors I have ever met. He makes sure you completely understand your health issues and the alternatives for treatment - of which YOU are allowed to make the choices. Moreover, he makes time out of his busy schedule to meet if scheduling for urgent care is necessary. Minimal waiting times. Doesn't leave you hanging. Support staff very caring and knowledgeable; Follow ups are timely and thorough.
