absolutely a disaster. no organization, they want you on a "secure" app to communicate which is a pain, then they tell you nothing. The are completely unprofessional and lacking in so many ways I wouldn't trust a hamster in their care at this point.

I’m very upset. I called to get some simple information, a lady named NICOLE answered the phone. She gave me the most horrible attitude and made my question seem stupid. When I’ve been calling around other homecare facilities asking for the same info and they’ve been so kind and have never made me feel that way. A lot of people are going through a lot, especially in these times and people like this make it just that much worse. This employee should be terminated and not be working at a facility like this if she has no compassion or patience for others. She damn near made me have a breakdown, all I wanted was some help. I’m not the type to write reviews but the way that employee made me feel is ridiculous and I feel bad for others going through similar or worse situations calling health care facilities and having to deal with a person like that. Disgusting.
