DON’T GO TO HER. !!! RE-gine-na Pappas ruined my eyesight with unnecessary surgery. Maybe she did surgery on the wrong eye. But now what was my good eye, is now my bad eye. Several ophthalmologists, including the Bascom Palmer Institute, were disgusted with her for doing this. They said it was unnecessary. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. I hope she enjoys her boat payment or whatever.

Been a patient for over 9 years. Everyone is kind, attentive and professional. Dr. R. Pappas is everything you want and wish your doctor to be. At times you have to wait in the wating room however, its all worth knowing she doesn't rush her patients out of the room. When its my turn I know that I get all the medical attention I need that day. I too had many emergencies where I held up the waiting room patients so I don't mind waiting. I highly recommend Dr. R. Pappas!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. R. Pappas and her staff. I admit that when I first saw 1 or 2 unfavorable comments posted by others, I was a bit wary. However, after meeting her and some of the staff members I was quite confident she would do an excellent job on my cataracts. I was nervous after the 1st surgery as my vision was slightly blurred. I remember she informed me that "everyone heals differently". I had RK surgery almost 30 yrs ago and have astigmatism in both eyes, so it took me just a few days longer to heal...but each day was better and better. I followed the drops regimen diligently. She even called me PERSONALLY to discuss the approach she would use for my 2nd eye (including a thorough explanation of her lens recommendation for that eye) since I had more RK cuts and worse astigmatism in it. Her recommendation was spot on and I'm seeing great now! Remember, "everyone heals differently". THANK YOU TEAM PAPPAS!! P.S. Not every appt involved a long wait. Come prepared with any/all questions (as I did). She patiently listened to all of mine and answered each one.

Dr Pappas admitted she inserted the wrong intraocular lens and said "I'm sorry". Schedules a Limbal Ring and then says it won't work. I am seeking 2nd opinion. It's the old adage "Measure twice cut once". How can something like this happen and she doesn't offer compensation? Instead I get another bill. How can she sleep at night, I can't!

Dr. Pappas is excellent! A perfect combination of knowledge, skill, and kindness - with a touch of humor. She explains what each test is and why it's needed. In fact, all the staff here are super!

Dr. Regine Pappas is a highly recommended Ophthalmologist and I couldn't agree more⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! My mom has been seeing Dr. Pappas @ Pinnacle Eye Center for 10+ years. She recently had cataract and glaucoma surgery in each eye and the results were excellent, inclusive of my mom no longer needing eye glasses or glaucoma drops...woo hoo👏🏼 Dr. Pappas is extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. Her warm personality and friendly staff also made both of us feel comfortable during all phases of the end-to-end process and our overall outstanding experience made the 2 hour drive from Palm Beach County to Melbourne worth it 💯%👍🏼

The staff is super friendly and kind. The doctor is also nice. She did cataract surgery on me and put in a lens that is way too powerful for my eye. It’s horrible! It’s like looking through someone else’s very strong glasses, but it’s permanent. Now over a month later I’m left crying every day because it gets worse every day. I’m off balance, I can’t drive more than a mile, I can not drive at night, I can barely shower because my vision is so blurred and bad that I’m very off balance! I have spoken to her a few times. All she says is that it will take time. So I went for a second opinion from a very well known doctor and he disagrees with everything she has told me. He said I would never get used to this lens because it is not the right one for me. I have to have another operation now to remove this lens and have another less powerful one put in its place. It’s a nightmare. I would never ever recommend Dr. Regine Pappas amd I would say please see someone else instead. Zero stars!
