Absolutely horrible trying to make an appointment and no one picks up the phone and I've been calling at the beginning of office hours... The doctor should know that this front desk staff is costing them money as I'm sure me and many many others are walking away without business and our money to be spent at another practice.

Save your self from this place is a circus in there unprofessional people they give you an appointment and when you go there the doctor is not there the people on the front desk do not know anything never answer the phone don’t know how people go to that place.

I was trying to make an appointment for the first time and just on my first phone call I was on hold for like 12 minutes then I was transferred when I asked a question if they took adults and she didn’t even let me finish when she just threw me to the pediatric side, then I just got a voicemail. I called for the second time and the young lady Went ahead and did the same thing throw me back to pediatricians very unprofessional very low ethics. I definitely don’t recommend this place at all. Maybe the doctors good but the staff is horrendous!!

Not sure how Maria from medical records and Liszay from billing still work there. They are unprofessional and lazy. I’ve called them multiple times and left multiple voicemails and they never call back or pick up. If you girls hate your job so much just leave.

This clinic run by Dr Argentina Brito has one of the worst customer service and medical services in all of Florida. New patients feel like they are in Tijuana Mex.BEWARE of this place and read the 25 BAD REVIEWS posted here! The so-called 'Dr' Argentina is an incompetent practitioner that does not make accurate diagnostics or follows up with the correct specialist. She uses outdated remedies and equipment. Her incompetence is beyond belief. She is a shame to her profession and should be shut down immediately and taken her license away. STAY AWAY from this mediocre place

When you call they put you on hold automatically and when is your turn it go to voicemail I have to go in person when I need an appointment this is ridiculous

girl... get it together. i came here 3 days ago because i had a nasty skin rash and it was unbearable, she barely takes one look at me and says "yup, it's scabies" and prescribes me permethrin 5%. scabies is a contagious skin disease and i didn't think i had it, so i tried telling that to the nurse and this woman dismissed me as if what i said wasn't anything. i went to the hospital yesterday and i found out that i, infact, did NOT have scabies. what's up with that? i know doctors are "practicing" medicine but jesus christ, could y'all have been any more off? y'all are disrespectful as hell and y'all dont know how to run your office
