This place is always packed. Not happy with service. If you plan to go be prepared to wait, wait, and wait. Nothing happens quickly in this place. Very unhappy, we already have and paid for my sons glasses or I would never return.

Receptionist were very helpful and polite. However Dr. Kahn tried to force eye dilation by saying quote " by law you are required to have dilation.

They don’t take Aetna insurance unfortunately, even though their website says all insurance accepted, and had Aetna on the drop down menu

Office was running ahead of schedule, doctor was extremely pleasant, staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and go out of their way to be of your assistance they even helped me save a couple bucks on my glasses! thank you so much ladies I will see you in a year!

Wouldn't recommend. Brought my 4yr old for pediatric physician assessment and seen Dr.Thu. She was not friendly with my son and interrupted me when I spoke. Assessment was poor as well as my son was not at the right height for looking in rear view mirror type of assessment. Always listen to what your patient is telling you and remember you are there to serve them.

I've been searching for a professional business to get a complete and accurate eye examination. I think I have found this location. From the onset with Optical Outlet Weeki Wachee, I've been extremely happy with the entire staff. From the first visit greeting with the office staff to athe actual exam with Dr Thu who displayed a very pleasant. thorough and professional approach with her customers. This pleasant atmosphere was also displayed with Sherri with post exam details and this great customer service was carried on by Angela when she fitted my glasses at pick up. I would highly recommend Optical Outlets Weeki Wachee for any eye care need you may have.

I've been going to Optical Outlets for several years. I love this place. I request Dr. Stamp. He's awesome! The staff is kind, efficient and professional! I'm very happy here! Wonderful selections and my glasses always turn out just fine! Prices are excellent!! I don't think I need to ever change!! Thanks everyone!

They tempt you in with specials, but the quality is not there. My glasses broke twice in 8 months. The price of extras such as a tint is exorbitant, never again. Also having a young girl on reception with an attitude was not a good start. I went to get reading glasses and when I could not see the form, she loudly stated that I should do the best I can. I should have walked out there and then. Hindsight is a teacher.
