Had the worst experience today with this pediatric office. My children have gone here for 8 years. Today I will be discharging them! My daughter's appointment was changed last minute. They have failed to update my contact card to get a new number. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was spoke to like I was a dog. She hung up on me. I called 35 times with no answer or even the decency to reschedule or allow me to discharge them. I was hung up on 3 times. All because you have failed to keep up with your contact info. I've had the same number for 2 years now ironically they're calling a whole different number. I'm mind blown on how you can treat a patient like that that's been with you for that long. My nieces and nephews go here as well but it's not looking like for long. Drive 2 hours to keep them in your office. So unprofessional.

Front Staff is completely HORRIBLE; however, the doctors are great. Went to schedule an appointment, scheduled it, then went in and they tell me I never had one. Makes no sense… please do better.

The doctors are great. But the front desk ladys are not . They said I can't get a doctors note if I don't come in the morning. Yeah my kids are sick . I take care of my handycape nephew have to get him all ready for the day and plus have to get ready sick kids and me . Moving my kids to different doctors place . Even if it's sebrng or Lakeland.

Totally honest, doctors arent bad if you can deal with the front desk. They are not friendly, make you wait for 30 minutes for them to do whatever they are doing before making a copy. Demand money as you walking up to be seen and make the nurse have to wait for them to finish whatever they are doing. Not impressed and came here originally with an open mind. However, 15 years ago did have a 6 months time frame with my daughter who was allergic to milk with them telling us a little spit up normal as the nurse had to run home to change clothes because she was soaked. ER was helpful then, didnt even need her temperature taken. I guess if you have medicaid take them here better than health department wait time and their sick children. If you have descent insurance find an office not associated with this group.

Went there and completely talked to me like I had No idea how to raise a child, will never go back. I loved the other ladies that worked there but seen Dr.Sonni One times and she did nothing but talk down to me.
