Don't waste your time! He retired some time in September/October. I had an appointment with him on October 2nd and two weeks before his office called me and said "sorry we have to cancel the appointment, Dr Cook is retired" They gave me another appointment with Dr Win for October 31st. And guess what?! They called me two weeks before and again, said " sorry we have to cancel your appointment with Dr Win, she will be out of the office" What's up with the doctors in this town!!! Very disappointed with the medical professionals in this place. And I'm going to stop there but I have a couple more stories that will definitely make you wonder about the health care in Sebring Florida. Had to give one star so I can post.
I have the pleasure of being a patient of Dr Cook. It's such a comfort relying on his skill & expertise for my health. I couldn't be happier!
I seen Dr.Cook 8/10/17 @1:15 For Wolff Parkinson White syndrome. The longer we talked the more I realize the less he knew about that syndrome. For some reason he tried to BS his way through my appointment. I confronted him about it told him not to charge me he agreed. At the front desk he offered to send me to an electrophysiologist doctor, I told him no thanks. He should have done that at the very beginning of our appointment. Arrhythmias are a very serious thing and he knows that. Shame on him

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
