Every staff member from start to finish was friendly, professional, and absolutely awesome. They cared for their patient with kindness and the upmost care. The receptionist was very welcoming and that is a big deal. If you can't deal with the first person you meet as you enter, the visit may not be so good. The receptionist was awesome, kind and caring!

I absolutely adore the staff at AcuteKids! We've been a few times and have always had a great experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I really felt like they listened to my concerns. I would definitely recommend AcuteKids in Webster.

We live out of town and had to stop here for a quick visit. I would 10,0000% recommend. The nurse, doctor, and the woman at the front desk were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They made my son comfortable, let him watch Disney while being seen, and even sent him off with a popsicle. The office was clean, quick, and thorough and we cannot say thank you enough!

We have been here a few time and it is without a doubt, the best around! Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but that is because everyone receives top notch care as they should. That is well worth any wait and extremely difficult to come by these days. My child has a rare diagnosis that very few providers truly understand or care to therfore struggle with treating but they were right on top of it here. She has developed severe anxiety with any kind of medical care as a result and they were able to manage this perfectly and make her feel very comfortable. I was very impressed and would recommend to anyone! Here you will find the best care for your child whatever your need may be. You will be treated like family by a very knowledgeable, empathetic and compassionate team from the moment you walk in the door. Chrysa and her nurse were absolutely amazing! Its a little further drive for me but I will never take my child anywhere else again!
