List of Randolph Nunag's Reviews
If I could give ZERO stars... that is more accurate. I made an appt as a new patient for an exam with R. Nunag. The front staff seems inexperienced and unsure how to navigate their own system. They made me an appt but then didn't have any of my info. I had to schedule a 2nd time. At that appt, I gave them my records and they never uploaded them. I sat for 20 minutes before they realized they didn't have my ID (despite me offering it to them when I got there) While in the waiting room, another patient said "the Dr is 'so-so' but the office staff is terrible, they cant keep anyone'. In the exam room, I met the Dr, he answered some questions and I said I brought previous records and he shrugged, saying he didn't have them. He never did an exam. I paid over $200 and was given a script for labwork. I stopped in the office and asked the receptionists if that "visit" was considered an exam. Receptionist Stephanie said 'he doesn't doctor that way' (as if that answers the question) and I clarified that I asked because my appointment was specifically made for an EXAM, but I was never examined and he never used a stethoscope. I asked when he calls patients with lab results and was told he wont call but I'd have to call him 48 hours after getting blood taken to REQUEST him to call ME. A few days later, the Dr calls me and says he heard I was "unimpressed and dissatisfied" with the office and when I questioned his call, he just kept repeating the words "unimpressed and dissatisfied" (words that I never used) When I did say that I had a few questions, he was rude and dismissive. He clearly is looking to decrease his patient load ... but only AFTER taking a payment from them. His staff's shortcomings are being blamed on the patient. Even in this instance they couldnt relay a conversation accurately. His response to calling patients after labwork was that he calls 'only if results are not normal and that he would never get home at night if he called all the patients' and continued to repeat that he would "never get out on time" if he called all the patients with normal results. So that's apparently his only goal. Well, he accomplished reducing his patients... but not just by me... also by family and friends that will no longer go to that practice. Since that time, I have heard of similar experiences. They make it difficult or impossible for people to get their records (claiming they never got the request or claiming they were already sent... blaming other offices). Bottom line is that the problems there are not just at the front desk. Look elsewhere for a medical professional.
We recently left this practice after 25 years. Why ? Multiple office problems started to happen : Missing prescription refill requests, Blood work paper work not sent, requests for X-ray, MRI’s CAT scans, specialist referrals, all requiring multiple phone calls between the Dr office and the various medical facilities. Some times 2 to 3 days. We were caught in a catch 22 situation, Dr office saying they sent paper work, and the various medical groups saying they never received the paper work. When trying to discuss this with Dr, initially he became very defensive, and said all I was doing was complaining. This was occurring over a 2 year period. On my last appointment I again tried to bring up this problem, was told you are just a complainer, why don’t you find another primary doctor. I did just that, changed to new primary for myself. My wife was still a patient. Not for long. Shortly after my changing to a new PCP, we got a call and was told that the Dr did not want provide medical s
I have been going to Dr Nunag for about 10 years now. He is the best. He is very personable. He cares about you and your health. I like to try natural ways of curing my body of whatever it may be and he supports me on it. He explains every situation to you so you understand totally. I would recommend him to everyone I know. But he is not accepting new patients because he has so many. Once you go to him you will not go to anyone else. I wish he was accepting new patients because that is where my mom would be going.
Difficult to reach office staff even when they are supposed to be open. Most of the time you get answering service. Limited hours anyway. Laissez-faire attitude all around. You can get a dental office staff at 7 am, grocery store staff at 7 am, school staff at 7 am, plumber at 8 am, tax accountant staff at 8 am, law office staff at 8 am, Home Depot Staff at 7 am, etc. but lucky to reach this medical staff during the "window" they actually answer the phone. Yesterday is was 10 am.
Dr. Nunag has been my doctor for almost 2 years now and I've had zero issues with him or his staff. They are always friendly, caring, and compassionate. He answers all my questions and is not judgmental nor condescending, only helpful. I'd recommend him (and have several times) in a heartbeat.
Horrible- Randolph is bizarre. Defensive. Argumentative. Staff is inefficient- called 5 times after first visit for explanation of medications not being filled. Never called back. Went second time and dr was clueless. Staff thought I was there for a physical.
My experience with Dr.Nunag is excellent! The staff is professional and very friendly. I didn't wait long before I was seen. Dr.Nunag is very detailed in explaining what my problem is. Heprovides excellent care. I will recommend him to anyone that is looking for Primary physician and Family Medicine.
I've been seeing Dr. R. Nunag for about 10 years now. He has a friendly and personable manner and always takes time to answer questions and address my concerns. He relates to me and I feel he really cares. I highly recommend Him. Moshe
It is very difficult to find a doctor that reads up everything concerning your care past and present and takes the time to explain any changes or concerns. Dr Randolph does exactly that. He is up on new medications, and he takes the time to explain each step moving forward. The only very minor negative is that the office is so busy. But that is a small price to pay for a great doctor.
Excellent. He is also good looking

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
