NOBODY ANSWER THE PHONE AND IF I CLICK NUMBER ONE THE WOMEN SAY DON'T DO ANY MORE ONE

Dr. Usmani came into the room to treat my minor child (10 years old). Did not greet has m or me. Then begin to speak to us with every sentence being aggressive, mean, and unacceptably rude. I asked her was she having a bad day and to please act in her role as a professional and the behavior she should be displayed as a medical professional. To children, doctors are people they look up to and want to be like when they grow up. The leadership, treatment, and aggression in her delivery were truly sad. I mentioned it also to the reception because I was not scheduled to see her for this appt and for whatever reason the doctor was changed. I in a soft tone asked the person making our next appt to please book it with Doreen (who this appt was scheduled with) and to call me to reschedule instead of switching doctors and explained briefly what my son had witnessed! She the rep did not apologize not show any empathy whatsoever. It was clear that she didn't care and the doctor doesn't value her patients. Unless it was due to discriminatory reasons which I didn't want to assume was the case because that because further heartbreaking in that horrible experience, that would further cause! My son was rescheduled for a follow up however I don't think we deserved the treatment today and will look for a more professional, kind, and overall doctor who knows how to treat and speak to people no matter what!

I have always came with Dr. Usmani , yet her staff is very rude. It saddens me to have to look for a new doctor because of her new staff. This morning I had a 45 minute drive there and they canceled my appointment after arriving 2 minutes late due to a car accident. I called ahead to see if it was still fine and they agreed. Dr. Usmani is a great dermatologist but her staff needs more customer service .

I had to have a procedure today (not my first or last) and I truly must say she is the absolute BEST! If you’re looking for a new Dermatologist, choose her. She and her staff are fantastic, walking into her office is like walking into a spa.

I gave Dr. Usmani 3 stars because I would give her a rating of 5 stars but the office staff only 1 star. Although, I understand she is busy.. every single appointment we have had to wait up to an hour before they even bring my daughter and I back to the room! Why make a 10am appt if you’re not going to take us back to see her until 11? Dr. Usmani is very professional and explained our course of treatment thoroughly, however, every time my daughter needs a refill on her medication, her office staff never gets the authorization sent over to the pharmacy. I have literally had to go WEEKS without medication for my daughter because the communication between the nurses and the pharmacy is NON EXISTENT. I had finally been told by a nurse -Lauren to deal strictly with her when it came to my daughters medication to make sure that the pharmacy receives the authorization they need. When I asked Lauren on a Monday after her appointment to please make sure her prescription was sent over she dismissed me completely and told me to deal with the nurse that was in the room with us. Well guess what, Wednesday- no prescription authorization, Friday- no prescription authorization and now it’s Saturday and the pharmacy hasn’t received anything. This treatment just continues to lag because I can’t keep my daughter on the medication she needs to get better. Sorry Dr. Usmani but although I believe you are competent in your work, your staff is not.

My son waited over a month for an appointment. Less than 24 hours before his appointment we were called and they canceled. Said they do not take his insurance, although when appointment was made his insurance information was gathered and verified while I was on the phone. This is so unprofessional and clearly the office staff answering the phones are not trained.

Took my son to see Dr. Usmani and was very pleased with her. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in great detail. Her staff was also very kind and the wait was minimal. Nice office too. I highly recommend Dr. Usmani for both pediatric and adult dermatology as other friends of mine have consulted with her and only had nice things to say.

Dr. Usmani and her team are the best in South Florida! I went through 7 Doctor's before I was referred to Dr. Usmani. Hands down, the best, and she found a medicine that cured my skin condition. I will ONLY recommend her and her team.
