I showed up there with a really bad ear ache at 8:25pm. I was told by the security guard lounging in the very empty patient area that they are at capacity. I asked to speak with the front desk as they watch me stand outside, the security guard allowed me in and the front desk stated they could not take me. The parking lot was near empty and I was turned away. As a private health insurance patient, the last thing I want is pay the cost of a hospital visit. Call before wasting your time.

Absolutely the best urgent care/diagnostic center in the county. Friendly professional staff and turn times are very reasonable. It’s my families go-to for Covid testing.

Absolutely a horrible experience. The front desk was very unhelpful. Explained the situation first thing, all they did was take copay and didn't warn us that the wait would be TWO HOURS at 1030 on a Wednesday morning. Once in a room, vitals were very quick and waited another 20 minutes because "there were two patients ahead of him". Doc came in to look at the issue and told us they did not have the machine to help him out and he needs to go to his primary. Gave no guidance as how to proceed and basically shoved us out the door after two plus hours in the office. We will NEVER come here again, and a complaint will be made.

I’ve been to the Wellington location twice and both times had a great experience. The doctor is so caring, explains things a layperson can understand, and is so polite. He should definitely teach incoming doctors! The staff is friendly, and the wait time is minimal. Five plus stars!

I understand the strict restrictions that we have for the covid-19 but the people who have to administer these restrictions could be a little nicer mainly the security guard had us stand outside and did not explain to us being my husband why we had to stand outside until she got the clearance to let us in when you're not feeling well you just want relief and when you're not feeling well, it pain I think that it was right about having someone wait for clearance to enter the medical facility!! Then when we get in there I'm telling her that I have flu-like symptoms and all they want to text you for is covid-19 I know I don't have covid-19 all my tests came back negative but they still telling me they're going to send it out, send it out for what? if my test is are negative I don't understand this facility someone needs to do something fast. Seems like all they know how to test for is covid-19. Please do better at this!! But the actual doctor was very professional!! This was my first time visiting this medical facility!! And it really was not a good experience!!
