List of Brett Dock's Reviews
I attempted to make an appointment with Dr. Brock. One was made for 2-3 weeks later. Immediately, I was called back and told the insurance wasn’t in network. After some research, I found out that it was. I called back. Th girl who answered simply argued with me, talked back, and wouldn’t listen to what I had researched about. When I asked for someone else, she was curt and rude. I decided to have my primary choose another dermatologist because I didn’t want to risk the office staff in person should they straighten my referral out.
I would not recommend Dr.Brett Dock to any female Plenty of other dermatologists in west palm area who are actually respected. Made me feel harassed.
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Dock for over 20 years. Dr. Dock and his team are very professional, caring, and always will take the time during your visit to make sure you receive the highest quality of care possible. Over the years, I have highly recommended Dr. Dock to other family members, neighbors, friends and co-workers and they all are long term patients as well. If you are looking for a great dermatologists I strongly recommend Dr. Dock and his great team!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. My daughter had an appointment with Dr. Dock for a rash. He walked in the room, looked for 5 seconds, said "You have a rash and need a prescription." Left the room within 30 seconds and NEVER even called in a prescription. Despite calling the office to request the prescription be called in, it was never received and we had to send her to another doctor. When inquiring about the absurd cost of a 30 second visit, we were rudely informed that it was the cost of the visit and hung up on when asking for an explanation of why nothing was ever done about the prescription. Information has also been provided to my insurance company. I completely understand the cost of a new patient AND I paid the requested exorbitant fee, despite my daughter receiving ZERO care from this doctor. Just want everyone else to be aware not to expect much from this provider.
I have been with Dr.Brett Dock for many years ! He is a fine Doctor and his Staff make you feel comfortable always !
AWFUL
Everyone was great
Dr Dock and his staff are tremendous
I've never had a worse experience dealing with support staff. I know they have multiple locations, so I called them while I was on my way there to confirm I was headed to the correct one. The person who answered the phone refused to tell me where their location was. Instead, she told me she has been calling patients all day cancelling "non-emergency" appointments. I told her I was never called and she told me I should have been called. Then she claimed my insurance wasn't accepted there when the person who scheduled the appointment for me told me it was. I let her know, and at this point, she sounded unsure of herself-- a demonstration of her carelessness or unwillingness to verify these claims. Either way, one of them provided false information due to their contradicting statements. Then she proceeds to inform me my only option is to reschedule the appointment one month from today's date. I live half an hour away from this office and by now, I was two minutes away. Because I was never notified of these cancellations, they could have made an exception, since my appointment was only minutes away and I was already inconvenienced. Again, she never resolved my initial inquiry which was to verify their location. She refused to tell me where they were, claimed that my insurance wasn't accepted there, and at the same time, she wanted to reschedule my appointment. This nonsensical behavior and inconsideration is the perfect example of iniquitous customer service that should be avoided at all costs, as it can be damaging to any practice. It deserves no place in the healthcare field.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
