List of Chinyere Mbaeri's Reviews
Have been a patient of Dr. Mbaeri for 3 years now. Wonderful doctor and great receptionists. I have been going more frequently this last month and I always apologize for having to come in but they always accommodated me and always provide work notes when needed.
I had been a patient of Dr. Mbaeri for years and although I’ve never had a problem with him as a doctor, he just lost me as a patient due to how rude the receptionist was. Doctors don’t get it. People are already nervous going to the doctor - the last thing they need is a rude receptionist making things worse. If you can’t be respectful upfront, you don’t deserve my money in the back.
I’ve been seeing dr Mbarei for about 6yrs now and he is amazing! The entire office staff is very friendly. Never a long wait and clean office.
Dr.Mbaeri Is A Very Down to earth, I Believe he Actually cares about his patients! Never a long wait, and all the girls at the front desk are friendly and professional. MUCH LOVE FOR THIS DOCTOR! The world needs more Doctors like Dr.Mbaeri
Dr. Mbaeri has been my PCP for 5 years. I highly recommend him. He listens to your health concerns. Office staff is very nice. His office draws blood there makes it very convenient.
He definitely needs to look at his staff, as they have just costed him a new patient. I did not even get to see Dr. Mbaeri, because the receptionist, and her manager, where trying to charge me an additional $65 because they were saying that my deductible was not met with my insurance. Unless I am having an x-ray, labwork, or some other procedure, my deductible should have nothing to do with an office visit. My insurance card clearly states what my co-pay is ($25). This was all very weird, as no other doctors office has tried to make me pay more then my co-pay for a regular office visit. After calling my insurance company, they agreed with me. Beware!!!
He is the best. Has been taking care of my father for years. He is always kind and caring. He really cares about his patients.
I took my son for an office visit. Cholesterol blood work that was unrelated to visit and that was not due or necessary at the time was performed in the office without knowledge to us that it would not be covered by the insurance due to being performed early. Nor were we given a choice to have bloodwork done at lab or at a later date when it was due and covered. I was billed $150 by lab for cholesterol test done in the office. I called the office at recommendation of the insurance company about the bill and lab work done was cursed out by Dr. Mbaeri who was very rude and extremely unprofessional.
I got the best care!
Most caring Dr. I ever had. He loves what he does. And care About you as a human not just a number for him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
