I would not recommend this practice. The doctor was so unorganized that she wanted to leave the room before I showed her the main reason I came to visit. I started by showing her a few small concerns and explained that the large cyst is the main reason I am visiting. She proceeded to cut open three cysts and squeeze out just a bit of the content. She then told me that all three required removal on a later date and left me with three open cuts (bandaid was applied)! She also said that the big cyst that she opened can't be done by her and needs a plastic surgeon to remove it (why did you cut it open then??) She didn't even explain to me how the removal is to be done and what to expect from the procedure. For someone who cuts skin for a living, she needs to be more organized, have better bedside manners, and explain to her patients what to expect. And most importantly, don't cut them up and leave them with half emptyed cysts!!

I'm trying to find a dermatologist who accepts my insurance! I called this office a second time by accident and the lady on the phone told me: We already spoke, you have so and so insurance, and I told you we don't accept it! So rude and unprofessional! Horrible customer service.

Wow, finally a physician's office where you feel like a person and not a number. This was an optional appointment I had made because of concerns I thought should be addressed. Dr. Dunsworth and the staff were very patient, professional and welcoming. From the moment I entered the office I was greeted with a smile. The doctor took her time with me, answered all my questions, gave me options, and did not try to up-sell anything more than what I came in for. The entire experience was lovely. When and where can you say your doctor's appointment experience was lovely? My experience at the Dermatology of the Palm Beaches Wellington office was 5 stars!

First visit was for a new growth appeared to be that problematic. Not so! Next visit was for a total body exam that identified several spots for biopsies. All negative! Which means I have a very positive view of Doctor Dunsworth

Very thorough and bed side manor was very personable!

The procedure was explained and went well. My comfort level was checked. I was given at home care instructions.

My first time here and they treated my husband with so much care and the Dr.'s assistant was so attentive to his needs and concerns answered all his questions. Dr. Dock was a pleasure to meet.

Had an amazing first experience here. I have had horrible experiences with another dermatologist in this area so I was nervous about going to a new one, but my worries went away once I met Dr. Dunsworth and the rest of the staff. I probably could have sat there talking to them all day, they were so nice and personable.
