the last couple of times the wait was over 1 hr. they should make the appts. on time i do not mind waiting 15mins. but not an hr. I had to be at work and I was really late. other then long wait time the staff are always nice and professional. the building is clean and you feel safe to walk in.

Everyone at the Wellington facility was extremely Kind and professionlal in talking to me and interacting with me. The young man who performed the CT was excellent. He explained everything as we went through the procedure and kept asking how I was feeling and if I had any questions. My entire visit was handled extremely well.

Everyone very nice wait was much longer than expected but results from scan went to my doctor the next day I’m cancer free

I will never come back to DCA in Wellington. I had an appointment at 520. I walked thru the door at 526 and sat in line at the desk for almost 10 minutes. Their were 5 people behind the desk to help people and only 1 of them was actually helping patients. Their were 2 people in the waiting room and one women in front of me in line who was taking a long time. Finally someone walked over and took me at another window. The person at the desk told me they could no longer take me for my appointment and I would need to reschedule because I was late. I explained that I had been standing their for 10 minutes. They said it didn’t matter. I drove 30 minutes to get to this appointment and left work early. I have never been treated so badly by a Drs office.

I had a great experience everyone was very friendly I felt so bad for the girls at the desk because a lot of people were being very rude to them for things that were out of their control. Took one star off because I called to have my report faxed to my orthopedic and the girl told me she did it while I was on the phone but it turned out my doctor didn’t receive it. Had to call twice more before it got done. Overall very pleased and glad I found them

1 hour and 14 minutes finally got my Dr faxed over order just for let me know that I have to reschedule 😡this place it’s ridiculous
