Possibly the worst doc office I've been too. They schedule about 10 patients per hour, per doctor. The wait is always over an hour. Front desk stuff is very rude. No problems with Dr. Becker, but he is always "running late". NO respect for patients time.

My mother went to Dr Becker for many years for frequent UTI’s always prescribing medication after medication. Never once ordering any pictures to see what was causing this. Eventually she became incontinent and making the recurrence more frequent.. years earlier he had done a surgery using bladder mesh. Never checking to see if this could be the problem. It wasn’t until she ended up in septic shock and in the hospital that we found out the mesh had embedded in her organs. All of which could have been prevented had he CARED enough!

I was told that today was my procedure for the Euro Lift. I just left Dr Becker's office after waiting one hour,, then was taken back and told I was only being scoped and not the euro lift after having my wife take off to drive me. I had called last week to get better details for this appointment as I had gotten details from my last appointment, no one called me back. Today after i was told this was not the the Euro procedure I walked out and will going somewhere else.

This guy was great for a penile implant but otherwise I’d find a different urologist! Very long wait times! Most of the staff is not really friendly, scheduling tests take forever also!!

No one picks up the phone I waited 30 min. Nothing no one answered, the only way to make an appointment is through the on line I'm not computer literate so it becomes a. Issue with me. This is not acceptable the patient should be able to make appointment hassle free.

Went with my 7 year old daughter after he was recommended by my pediatrics. She had been crying in pain that she feels like she has to pee but she had no UTI. We got an appointment within 48 hours which was great. Since we have no insurance I had to pay $180 for the visit. Not a problem, I just wanted her to get better. He talked to her but that was pretty much it. He said they would send her Urin sample on for a culture and someone would call us for an ultrasound appointment. We left and NEVER heard back. Couldn't reach anyone by phone, noone ever called to schedule the ultrasound. My husband even went back after 3 (!!!) weeks to get he culture result: "they didn't get them yet"??? I am assuming it NEVER got send out in the first place. Long story short: we ended up in the after hour pediatrics urgent care two days after our appointment with him since my daughter was still in pain (of course, since he didn't do anything) paying another $250 BUT the doctor there took his time to find out what was going on. He was able to help her and she is now fine. Pretty much just got ripped off $180 cash for NOTHING! I recommend: bring your child elsewhere where they actually CARE and help them!

The Urolift procedure went well and cured my overactive bladder. The procedure coordinator doesn't return my calls so just go straight to appointments. I would like a link to my account so that I can look up my next appointment and not have to call.

Dr. Becker diagnosed me with bladder cancer back in 2008, he saved my life for which I am forever great full. His staff is great, especially Jami and Sam Cyril. I honestly don’t know how Jami does it!

Dr. Becker has been my Dr. for over 16 years and he is the very best. His office assistants are excellent. We love this man he is the best of the best.
