I have called several times for my mother in law who is a patient and is in pain, and they never answer. The automatic message just plays music and then after 45 minutes the call drops you. Nobody ever answers. Why pick up a patient if your not going to attend to them.

There is a reason this dr has two snd a half stars. Communication with the dr and their office is horrible. My wife wound up in emergency because he did not prescribe a simple antibiotic after a stent removal. She had incredible pain and had to take her to JFK emergency. Days later no clear consultation from his office. Pretty clear they don’t care. Will be speaking with an attorney shortly. Steer clear of this office.

Simply the worst doctor I’ve ever been to Dr. mutilator that’s a good name for him! He scheduled surgery to take out a large kidney stone after the surgery he told me he got it all out he never got any of it.six months later I did another cat scan and the same stone was still there I was in extreme pain for two weeks thinking everything is fixed and nothing was fixed again the worst Doctor I’ve ever been too!

Dr. Fred took care of my mother. She had a kidney tumor. He was very professional, well kept, and spent time discussing her diagnostics, care and treatment. His training is from one of the best in the US. He is also fellowship trained. He speaks many languages and travels all over the world to teach surgery. He is amazing.

Muhletaler must be Spanish for "monster". This guy looks and smells like an ogre. I should have known better. He bragged and bragged about how fast he did my surgery. I leak urine everywhere and will never have an erection again. He was rude, rushed and just awful. Beware beware beware.

Performed a miracle for me fixing a problem that had kept getting worse until the point I could not pass any urine at times... Right now around 2 years after the surgery the flow is like when I was young
