Very unprofessional and rude. I asked for a physician change for my next appointment

Dr. Muhletaler is very professional and such a caring person. My mom is very happy to be in his hands and everyone in his office is very nice. My mom had surgery already at Palm West Hospital and it went really good.

Trying to make or change an appointment is virtually impossible. Nobody ever answers any of the extensions and the only option seems to be to call. A poorly managed office will make any experience with a physician horrible.

Went to Ifix it and they sent me here. wonderful experience.

we had my father in the hospital for five days at 85 yeras old with 4 out of those 5 days without food or drink in preperation for a surgery that we were told was an emergency surgery that was going to be done by this man. He canceled every single time. We never received care and were told to continue to wait we were forced to leave to seek a doctor who woudl treat my father at the pace that we needed him too. My father has one kidney that is wroking at 35% this is a life or death situation that went ignored by him and the hospital we were staying at because my father scase was deemed less important that other cases.

Dr Muhletaler is a very good Dr. He takes the time to explain and listen all your concerns. Respect and Caring for his career. IDN the others reviews my experience so far is very good. At least with him.

I have called several times for my mother in law who is a patient and is in pain, and they never answer. The automatic message just plays music and then after 45 minutes the call drops you. Nobody ever answers. Why pick up a patient if your not going to attend to them.

Run,,,,,, Run,,,, Run away if you intend on have Dr (Dr Ha!) Muhletaler even touch your body. The worst experience in my life. Not only cause of cancer, because I turned to Muhletaler. He is the most insensitive person I've ever meet. Not only after two years after me surgery I having problems still, when I was under his care, (Care Ha!) he was rude, abrupt, uncaring and irresponsible. Postponed surgery 3 times. Never was anything but rude and cocky. He treated me like I was lucky to have him. Didn't prep me on anything. Didn't offer ANY information unless I asked a question, and then made me feel stupid. His office also reported the wrong fee to my insurance and it cost me more then it should've. I would not let this man operate my TV remote control. I just scratched the surface. I have so many horror stories I could right but you wouldn't have the time to read them all. So.....Run........... Find someone who cares about you, not money.
