came to ER with intense abdominal pain and vomiting, could not pass gas or stool. The snarky man left me sit in pain in ER the entire day, while my strangulated bowel died., sent me home telling me I was constipated. I came home and spent a night in agony, came back on Monday, when I knew I could get my surgeon to see the scans ( now I had two. I was rushed in for emergency surgery and spent an entire week in the hospital, as I should have been when he tossed me aside, and was handing out morphine to anyone in pain. I refused morphine, and was left to suffer without another concern by this criminal. A formal complaint WILL be made, now that I am recovering with an incision running the entire length of my belly.My suffering, pain, length of recovery and seriousness of condition could have been alleviated if this ass-hat knew how to read a scan.

This doctor was going to give me morphin while I’m pregnant. He never came to my ER room to consult with me either. Horrible experience with this doctor

Dr. Somich has an awful bedside manner. He makes you feel like you are bothering him by coming into the emergency room and makes your complaint seem insignificant. He did not perform a physical assessment on me and did not listen to my lungs before ordering fluids for me, which can be very dangerous. He sent his medical student into my room to "explain" my lab results to me after hours of being in the ER.

I saw this "doctor" at Wellington Regional ER when I went in for terrible pain in my neck. He asked why I was there and I told him that I was having severe pain in my neck and shoulders. His comment was "what do you want me to do about it?" I said I expected him to help with the pain. He told me that I had an attitude. I left and went to another hospital. I wouldn't go back to Wellington Regional ER on a dare.

Doctor Somich took forever, WE BROUGHT OUR SON INTO THE ER BECAUSE IT WAS 11PM AND OUR SON WOKE UP SCREAMING HOLDING HIS EARS WITH FEVER AND WHAT WE THOUGHT WAS SHORTNESS OF BREATH WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE A DOUBLE EAR INFECTION AND CROOP. HE ordered a BUNCH OF UNNECESSARY TESTS AND X-RAYS WHICH WE HAD TOHOLD HIM FOR, to rack up my bill and failed to find my son's double ear infections until I asked him to check my 13 month old ears. Not A DOCTOR I WOULD RECOMMEND NOR TRUST FOR AN ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS
