You should go to another location. They just don’t care their system cancelled my contract and instead of helping me they did nothing. No phone call no follow up from this manager who’s seems very lazy Told me they were going to call corporate and fixed it never did. They were real quick to take my money but when it came to providing me the service… it was crickets. I had to corporate on my own and get it fixed. I finally book my appointment and after it’s confirmed and “oh nooo we have a system issue we need to reschedule” I called corporate again and picked a new location. No level of profession.

I love Arielle She makes you feel so comfortable during a personal experience. Always answers questions gives examples and overall such a great lady She is so professional and I feel that during my sessions at ideal image Im just catching up with an old friend Highly recommend her

I have been using ideal image for more than 5 years in different states and cities actually the best office for me is in West Chester a suburb of Cincinnati Oh.The last time I went to Wellington that was less than a month corporate called me because I complete the survey with negative results. They promised to fix the issues But they did nothing.I went to the place with another person who seems to me not have the year of experiences she said. the young lady at the front desk never applied the dollars I spend to my alley account and still like that. What a bad experience.
