Jack Newcomer's Online Review Report Card

I love this guy! He always knows what's going to make me better and quick! He's a great doctor. He's very knowledgeable and his bedside manner is on point.

I have been a patient of Doc's for almost 30 years now. He is always so professional, up-to-date on the latest meds and the best specialists, with more common sense than any man I know. And he has a great sense of humor. His nurse Cosette, is wonderful and knows her stuff too, she is very kind and always has a smile. Her daughters and mine went to the same high school together. She is a great part of the team. So the 5 stars are for Doc and his nurse. But the receptionist is rude, abrasive, and if you complain he tells you to find another doctor. He often talks as if he's speaking for Dr. Newcomer in a medical sense. I've been in that waiting room many times when this person has gone into one of his rants on the phone, and it's embarrassing for all of us in the waiting room, he's just plain rude. Today he yelled at me, then hung up on me. When Dr. Newcomer retires, the receptionist is going be in for a big shock when he tries to get a job in the real world! Good luck Jason.

I have visited Dr. Newcomer on occasion over the years. He has always helped me whether it be a referral or something he could treat. Yesterday I called his office as I knew I had a sinus infection and they got me in that day. Dr. Newcomer checked me out, spent plenty of time with me and emailed medications to my pharmacy. I took the meds as instructed and within 24 hours was at least 80% better. What a relief. That was really a great office appointment and I appreciate the staff and doctor for the excellent service. My grandparents have gone to him for over 20 years. In that time something changed in him . I know he loves to tell you to keep active and exercise but for my grandparents who were/and are in 80s that isn't so doable. He also prescribed a high dose of anti depressants to my grandfather, and also gave him extremely high doses of ibuprofen. Luckily my grandfather looks up meds and sees if it interfere with his heart meds. So he never took the ibuprofen. Sometimes he will listen and talk others it's less personable. My grandfather also asked him several years ago about a spot on his hand . Turns out it was a cancerous cell . Had to have it removed by dermatologist. He also thinks Dr. Fauci is a God. I wasn't vaccinated and wasn't allowed to go into office with my grandfather which he can't hear well so I had to find someone who was vaccinated to go in with him while I sat in hallway. Now he let's you go in wearing a mask cvaccinated or not. During that visit he told my grandfather he would end up like my grandmother, who became wheelchair bound. That wasn't very professional or kind ??

dr. Newcomer has been my physician for many many years. He explains the reason and treatment for your issue , and spares no detail. He prescribed medication as needed and I have no problem reaching him on a telehealth visit. I wouldn’t trade Dr. Newcomer for anything

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!! HE IS A PROFESSIONAL DRUG DEALER WHO CAUSES GREAT HARM !!! I just received notice that my original post dated 5-20-2019 has received 1,000 views. I hope this receives 2,000 more - I wrote that review before I learned of Dr. Newcomer's wanton and reckless prescribing of prescription medication that completely destroyed my family !! When I contacted Dr. Newcomer he was dismissive and arrogant. His staff told me another story - the Truth and there are others he has mistreated and misguided!! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH YOUR HEALTH AND THIS MAN. Just go to another Primary Care Physician - there are so many to choose from. Save your life and your family by avoiding this man's complete lack of "DO NO HARM" when he has completely misdiagnosed so many.

DR Newcomer Has Been My Medical Doctor For Over 20Years For Me And My Family He Has Helped Us Through Many Trying Times But Always Had A Medical Answer. His Staff Has Always Treated Me And My Family With Respect.

Dr. Newcomer has recklessly prescribed addictive medications without follow up. His "God Complex" interferes with his ability to properly assess his patients. Jack Necomer's referrals and staff speak openly of his flagrant prescribing habits leaving many of his patients alone and addicted. Dr. Newcomer's comments of his disappointing life, appear to be taken out on those of us who trusted him the most. PLEASE be careful when placing your health in this man's hands. It has cost my family a lot, mentally, emotionally and financially to break free from his abuse. And it feels like the worst betrayal to believe so much in someone who truly cares so little. A complaint is being filed against his medical license.

Only doctor I go to. He’s the nicest and I highly suggest him to anyone looking!!! Staff is also amazing

Dr. Newcomer has treated me and my husband for years. I had COVID for 5 weeks and he NEVER follows up or asks questions about how my health is progressing and I am a known Long Hauler. He ignored my husband's health to the point of 2 hospitalizations. We are not the only ones. Dr. Newcomer is great at talking and great at writing prescriptions. In 2011, Dr. Newcomer stopped treating patients and began using his patients for his own psychological therapy. Choose your PCP wisely so this does not happen to you.
