Regrettably any good medical work this office might do is canceled out by the fact that they are nearly impossible to get a hold of. After calling the office nine times in one day not once was I able to speak with a member of the office with a matter that could not wait till the next day. My 75-year-old mother was having a reaction to one of the medications she was given and could not herself communicate this was not an issue that could wait until the next day. With no other recourse I was forced to call 911 and have her taken to a hospital when the issue might have been resolved with an emergency office visit.

Dr. Foucauld is a very caring and knowledgeable cardiologist . He welcomes questions and provides enough time to his patients . I have been a patient for years and recommend him highly!

Dr. Foucauld is a knowledgeable and caring cardiologist. His bedside manners are impeccable and he has a genuine desire to assist those in need. He is dedicated to the well being of his patients.

Dr. Foucauld is great. He asks questions. He listens. The practice is a disaster though. Wait times are ridiculous. Office is understaffed and overworked. Hold time on the phone can be 10 mins. When you complain you are told the doctors are aware of the problem but are not interested in fixing them. Talk about profits over patient care.

Dr Foucault is caring, patient, listens to his patients asks pertinent questions and works together with patient and their family so that patient may enjoy a better and healthy quality of life. His MA (sorry can’t recalk name) is compassionate and goes the extra mile for the patient. Mom receives excellent healthcare.... hard to find in today’s healthcare environment. That is the reason that my mom C. Rivera has been his patient for over 15 years + years! Marisol

The doctor's front office is totally inefficient. It takes up to two to three days for a return phone call. They treat you like you are a bother. It is virtually impossible to speak to your physician. The only way to get a response is to call one of their satellite offices that are run more efficiently. The doctor has poor bedside manner. Doesn't answer questions sufficiently for the most part. He ignores any comments about the inefficiency of the front office.

I agree. I went to him for a follow up after being admitted to a hospital after an ER visit. He was the discharge doctor. I had the same experience with his staff saying they returned my callschedule (three of them) when they did not. Not acceptable when we'return dealing with my heart. Sadly I am consulting another cardiologist because of this.

He is okay but his staff is the worst I have ever encountered. Three times I went to an appointment in which he was on vacation. Staff said they called. If they did ,then I would not be there.
