This office overbooked appointments and you have to WAIT, WAIT, WAIT. Doctor doesn’t care. He instructs his staff to overbook and they know it. I have had 3 appointments with this doctor. ALL late by at least 45 minutes. That’s it. If he does not respect my time then I will not respect his office policy. I am finding another urologist.
Excellent service. They were all wonderful in the office. I had an emergency and needed an immediate appointment and they accommodated me. The PA is excellent and the doctor is as well. Both were very nice and spent a great deal of time with me, explaining everything in detail. They did not do unnecessary testing. The staff is wonderful, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this doctor.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve had in a medical office. The staff displays zero compassion to clients. In fact, they can often be heard talking badly about them following phone calls. Be sure to ask for a summary of your visit, everything you told the doctor will be misreported and entirely inaccurate. Doctor Singer should be ashamed of his staff for failing to properly report symptoms and questions, as well as himself for failing to provide any timely care to patients.
Dr Singer is the best, good listener, answers all my questions with extensive knowledge, and very professional.
More appointments than seats in waiting room. I was a new patient and was told at least an hour wait. It looked more like a 3 hour wait so I left
Dr. Singer was very knowledgeable and caring about my condition. He took the time out to answer my questions and put my mind at ease.
First off, the staff was great. My issue is with the Doctor. Had 2 visits followed by an MRI. Next, I had blood work done 3 months post MRI as directed. When the office called with my lab results the doctor had written on the report his recommendation that I get an MRI. He had no clue that I had just gotten one. Now I don't expect him to remember every patient, but I do expect that he reads my chart and has some clue what's going on when he is going to recommend testing or treatment. Again, I know he's busy, but damn. That's just lazy. Or he just doesn't care to do better. Either way, not what I want when dealing with something that could be a very serious issue. I will not be going back.
loved reviews by others, so we scheduledwe sat there for 2 hours 25 minutesw never an update: we walked, after talking w receptionist and finding out there was 1 more patient before us! it appears that is a common occurance!yes, docs times are valuable, but sorry so is mine!
The doctor will s satisfactory. The lady sitting at the front desk is horrible very rude! Is she related to the doctor? She is the rudest office person I have come across in my 71 years!
Had an appointment 1 pm today. Had to call from the car when I arrived. No one was there before 1 pm. Called at 1:01 and was summoned to the office. Asked if I could give a urine sample and did. Then was told to wait outside as there was only one nurse there and she would call shortly. I was going to leave from the car but received a call at 2 pm to come in and fill out my history because it has been a year. Asked when was I going to see the doctor as it has been an hour. She said I could sit in Room 2. I went back to the office with my blood starting to percolate. There were 2 nurses now in the office and I opened my mouth first. It will be another hour before I see the doctor, good bye. It was a long time ago that my wait was under an hour. Looking for a new Urologist in the area that is partnered with Aetna.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
