Just hung up with "Joseph" in an attempt to make an appointment after talking with Aetna Insurance where I verified my coverage and asked for a local eye doctor with Saturday hours. When I asked for a Saturday appointment I was told that are not open on Saturday and have not been for the last year. As we are going through setting up the appointment he asked me to repeat myself multiple times and then said, I don't go fast on the computer because if I make a mistake I have to erase everything and start over (Really- As a customer, I don't care, learn to type accurately). Then I was told if I want my RX for glasses it $70 and another $250 for contact RX. Excuse me but that is why I have insurance. Entire exchange was less than professional and as a result, I will find another eye doctor. It's really sad that regardless how good of a practioner, the office staff makes it or breaks it!
