Office environment was friendly and clean. making an appointment with some providers can be tough though. It seems like the ones that are really great or popular, it'll be tough to be seen right away so you'll have to settle for another one like in this case. Doctor was knowledgeable about my issues and my condition, and she offered a few different solutions. But she was not too personable and was slightly rough with the physical exam.

Dr Pass is amazing, she delivered my first baby via c section and everything went very well. She made me feel very comfortable and safe.

Everytime i try to call the agent who answers is always rude, disrespectful and just not pleasant. I like Dr. Pass, I’ve been going to her for a while now but the staff are just horrible.

I came to Dr. Pass to seek her opinion of Fibroid removal. She is great, nice. I feel welcome from her. She ask the important question that affect my future baby plan that my first doctor didn't even care to ask. Dr. Pass explains everything I and my husband want to know. She gave us enough time for consulting our concerns. She recommends me the best option I should have. I am glad I found her.

First time meeting Dr Pass as she took over for my previous Gyn, that I had been seeing for 30 years. Walked into the room and started talking without introducing herself, so I will assume it was Dr Pass. Maybe not. Got right down to business, no time to get to know me or ask any questions. No warm sockies in the cold metal stirrups, no explanation of what she was about to do. Didn’t care for her bedside manner, don’t even know if I need a mammogram or not. Never brought that up. I will not be going back to her. The whole time with her was about 5 minutes. I don’t even think she looked at me.

Dr, Pass always takes her time to listen to any concerns that I may have. She has a great personality and nice bed side manners. She is truly one of the BEST!

Doesn't give any information for baby development or any valuable info for first time moms. Just reviews the results, and says everything in 1-3 minute maximum. I felt more like object then patient.
