Dr. Minnick is very knowledgeable and patient. She is a straight shooter and direct which is what you want in your surgeon, or at least what I want. She makes you feel secure and comfortable. I was nervous before every appointment leading up to surgery but after my appointments with her, I felt like I was in good hands and I was!!!! Would recommend Dr Minnick to family and friends!

Doctor Kathleen Minnick, along with her team, are incompetent, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Neither her office environment nor staff made me feel comfortable. As I sat with Dr. Minnick in the office, she spoke to my mom and shushed her. Doctors should not act in this manner towards family members of patients. Six months after being diagnosed with breast cancer, I have not yet had surgery. It was obvious that they were swindling my insurance funds. I was continuously sent to appointments. To this day, I do not know what my status is and I am unsure of what is happening. My condition was not clearly explained nor did she listen to or answer my questions. The appointment scheduling process was difficult and waiting times were lengthy. After switching doctors I was able to get things underway within a month. In contrast, with Dr. Minnick, it took me six months and even then my surgery was not scheduled and I was left confused. All in all, I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Dr Kathleen Minnick was about the worst Dr I have ever seen and been to. Not only was she unprofessional, especially with the tone of her voice, but she lacked consideration towards me. She provided no comfort nor any direction to assist me in my cure. Today, I lost insurance money and am still trying to figure my situation out without her. Don’t go to her as it’s an immense waste of time and energy. Find someone who will TRULY care.

Dr Minnick is very knowledgeable, efficient, caring and patient. You can speak to actual people when you call her office and they are caring. Highly recommend.

Dr Minnick makes it a point to know her patients. She provides an easy to understand explanation of the diagnosis with compassion. She is organized and caring. Her office staff is also wonderful. Highly recommend.

Was told at 1st vist a lot of woman have breast pain and nothing she can do for that. Had a second opinion and found out I had stage 3 breast cancer. Very bad bedside manner. Not sympathetic.
