Larry Bush's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Bush has been my doctor for several years. He’s extremely knowledgeable. He can be kind at times. He can also be a bit of a curmudgeon at times. During the past two years I don’t know if he’s tired of practicing and doesn’t want to see patients any more or what’s going on with his office staff. According to him, I am supposed to see him periodically regarding serious recurrent infection issues. When I leave his office he always says make an appt. for a few months or a year etc. Then he tells me if you have any issues just call my office. Well, if an issue comes up…and they DO with me…it is impossible to get anyone ever to answer the phone at his office. If you’re lucky enough to get someone answer they are of no help whatsoever. They won’t make an appt. unless he oks it first. They tell you they’ll call you back. They never do. They tell me to fax culture or lab test info and they claim they never received it. This has happened MANY times the past few years. It is literally a battle to get past his front desk staff. Meanwhile I have verification from my primary doc plus another specialist Dr. that they’ve sent not one but two faxes each to his office! I then call and hope they answer so I can tell Dr. Bush’s staff to try to verify this & IF they ever answer they tell me they didn’t get any faxes, every single time. My other two Dr. offices don’t lie to me about sending them! Some of my meds need to be changed because I’m getting resistant to ones that Dr. Bush prescribed for me. I can’t make an appt. I can’t get an answer. My other drs. are frustrated by his staff and him as much as I personally am. My health is in jeopardy of going septic without the right meds. I give up. I’m finding a better Dr. who has a better staff and that will at least see me or tell me what to do when my body in physical distress. I’m literally trying to do what he told me. He says call if there’s an issue. I don’t call unless my health is in jeopardy.This happens only a few times a year. I don’t want to end up in the ER again with pain because of this Dr. & his staff’s inefficiency. I’m finding a another dr.

Been my Dr. for quite a few yrs. Office has gone downhill. Horrible office staff. Impossible to make appts. or get much needed info. I’m finding a new Dr.

Called get appt they have wait a month then my husband called to get me a appt, then called them and they said you don't,have appt your husband said it to long and canceled the appt. My husband never called.

I missed an appointment due to getting Covid and when we called to reschedule and to get my prescription renewed (that he had denied) when I called his office I was told sorry, Dr. Bush no longer wants you as a patient. Leaving me without vital medicine. Well, being he is legally required to give a patient at least 30 days notice, in writing, and a 30 day supply of medicine, I have filed a formal complaint against him with the Medical Board. 'No' stars would be better

Your health is worth more, see another doctor.

The worst experience of my life, i went for help and guidance and was treated with distain and outright rude and condescending behavior. If you already know what you need going in you may be fine. If you need someone to think outside the box or actually care this is not the doctor for you.

I had the worst experience of my life today. The doctor is rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. He basically told me that i needed to ho back to my general practitioner to figure it out. If you need someone to help you figure out whats going on with your health because its not clear or maybe you need a doctor that thinks outside the box, than this is not the doctor for you.

when I tried to move my appointment up because I am constantly sick and my other doctors advised me to get seen earlier the front staff said that because Larry Bush thinks that I'm okay that I cannot have a sooner appointment but everyday I'm throwing up 3-4 times a day my muscles hurt and I feel weak and out of breath but according to them I'm okay

Stay as far away from this doctor as possible. Dr Bush is known for giving staph and mrsa to patients they are supposed to be curing of infections. They are unprofessional always missing and rescheduling appointments and a few times I’ve showed up for my apt and they didn’t have a doctor there to see me. For your own sake find a different doctor.
