Friendly staff who made it their routine to come in and check on us. We were told Dr. Perla gives her patients individual attention. Also, it was an unusual day and they were quite behind.

Dr. Perla is nothing short from AMAZING! She genuinely cares about her patients. She takes her time to sit her patients & listen to your concerns. The wait is a little long in the waiting area but completely worth it for the QUALITY care you receive from her and the staff.

Had a February 2 , 2023 appointment scheduled for zoom. Dr Perla was a no show. While I waited on my computer via zoom , I called her office four times via my cell over a two hour period. Her staff said stay on zoom . Dr Perla is running behind schedule. Her office did not call to apologize or reschedule. Instead, I received a message the next morning via automated email stating I missed my appointment. I was 5 minutes early to zoom and held for 2 hours. My iPhone call logs show no missed calls from their office. Just me calling 4 times. Unbelievable….
