List of Maria Lopez's Reviews
That doctor is the worst doctor I ever known. On top of that She is rude. She doesn’t care about the patients, she only cares about the money the insurances gives her. Run away from this so called “doctor”
Awesome customer service and Doctor Maria Lopez is a very good professional ,
Horrible practice!!! they never return phone calls they are constantly changing providers. I recently had labs done and my Thyroid levels were off, I called and of course had to leave a message because they never answer the phone and they never called back for a follow up or even refilled my prescription I had to find a new provider.
3 strikes you are out. This year on 3 different occasions I called and no one called me back. This is what an established gets? Unacceptable. I'm out.
My mother has been her patient for many years and the past year and a half since my mother’s cancer diagnosis she has little to do with her anymore after being her PCP for years, and hospice let my mother off of program so I had to go back to Lopez, I cannot get anyone to ever call back, office staff never calls back HORRIBLE…
Thrilled with the new nurse practitioner, Ms. Cabrera, during yesterday's visit for a gastric issue. She was thorough, showed concern and insight & her advice proved true in resolving my issue. I was also pleased that the wait was brief!
Office is very unprofessional & unorganized. I came in as a new patient on 9/19/22. I was scheduled with Dr. Lopez but ended up seeing her nurse practitioner (Ana Cabrera). I arrived at 1:30 for a 1:45 appointment. It took about 35 mins for me to be called back into a room & it was basically a storage room. There were boxes stacked everywhere. The woman took 25 mins to take my vitals & input my paperwork into the system. In that 25 minutes the light turned off 4 times (automatic). I finally get to see the nurse practitioner at 2:45. I’m having anxiety by this point because I need to pick my son up from school. I felt completely rushed & Ana Cabrera seemed less than concerned about anything I was saying. I was told I would need to see a specialist to help with my anxiety & to top it off, she never sent my RX refills to my pharmacy- which was the main reason for my visit. I’ve called twice today. It’s very important for me to get my medication refills. I would not recommend this office & I will not return.
Excellent Maria Lopez.
I made two visit and I never saw her. I only saw her PA....two different ones. If I make an appointment with a pcp I want to establish a relationship. If patients make the time to see you .....make the time for them as well.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a “doctor” I have been without prescription medication for close to 3 months now. A nurse practitioner changed my medication without my consent.. I didn’t even see the Dr. 3 months of messages without a single call back. Who does that? Change or discontinue medication that you’ve been on for 10 years? Medication they subscribed!? My next step will be contacting the medical board and filing a complaint. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
