The office is clean. We were taken early! Dr. Middlehoff spent time with us and did not rush through our appointment. She also answered all of our questions thoroughly. Her nurse Denise is also amazing. We are very pleased. We highly recommend her.

Doing what you say you will do is practically a novelty these days and not only are you all exceedingly good at this, you are proactive at finding solutions. You also understand how people are feeling, and how important it is to be fast and efficient. Dr. Middelhof was very thorough in reviewing all of my sons labs and history. She was clear about what she suspected and then what the next steps were. After the test confirmed everything she suspected, she was clear about explaining it, and what we would do right away and what we would look at doing long term too find my son relief. I also love that we can do follow up visits online since often my son isn't feeling good enough to leave the house yet. Denise and Ilene are treasures and I wish I could have people like them at all my doctors offices! I absolutely LOVE that they answer the phone, or call back quickly. They are also easy to communicate with via email.
