Extremely caring and dedicated Doctor. Seems to work all day and all night. Always patient, kind, knowledgeable. Answers all questions and finds time to return calls. This is probably the first surgeon I've ever met who will actually be this kind and will actually call you and not have someone else call you. Takes incredible interest in his patients and their family.

Dr. Marc Meyer is a doll. His professionalism and interest is amazing. His interest in my case has been as if I was his mom! As far as I’m concerned he has been treating me beyond expectations! I do trust his decisions and I’m so happy to have him as my lung specialist

I was diagnosed with lung cancer. All biopsy’s and tests were done. No one returns my call. There is only an answering service and I still haven’t heard back from doctor with surgery schedule. I am so upset and frustrated. This has been going on for weeks. I don’t know why there is no return call to me or if Dr. Meyer just doesn’t want to do my surgery. I’m walking around since being diagnosed late July! I just don’t know what to do.

Dr Meyer restored my faith thoracic surgeons, quite honestly for doctors in general. After a life threatening experience with a different surgeon. Dr Meyer gained my trust instantly. He listened to me when I told him I was allergic to antibiotics. He also respected my request to not go under Anastasia. He allowed me to proceed with surgery without antibiotics with a back up plan, just in case. We agreed to do a sedative instead of heavier anesthesia. All of this allowed me to feel safe enough to proceed. When he showed up for surgery and I was arguing with the anesthesiologist. He pretty much just dismissed the anesthesiologist & said we're not going to do that no antibiotics and no anesthesia. We've already decided that we're going to give her a sedative to relax her & no antibiotics intravenously or otherwise. The surgery went great. I really appreciate that In his busy office he never rushes & continues partnering with you. Dr.Mark Meyer is Totally Trustworthy in Every Way!
