Trying to make an appointment. The representative hung up on me twice. They have no patience and is very rude! They hung up in my face twice! Will not be going there. 5/6/2022 at 12:49 pm.

The staff is great and helpful. After checking in at the front desk, it took a while to actually see Dr. Dunsworth but I was there on a Wednesday and that is the busiest day of the week for their office.

Dr. Dunsworth took many unnecessary biopsies of my arm that turned out to be warts. She should know the difference, but builds up her bill. She also found a spot on my hand (another biopsy) that did not exist, as was confirmed by another dermatologist. Her office does not answer the phone, and does not return voicemails.

Dr. Maureen Dunsworth is a great dermatologist, but the wait times in her office need improvement. My wait time for today's visit was 58 minutes. My wait time at a prior appointment was over an hour. When I asked Dr. Dunsworth about her wait times, she stated that there's nothing she could do as some patients require more attention. I challenged her to consider revaluating her office's scheduling practices. Dr. Dunsworth again said there was nothing she could do. She then stated that if the wait times didn't work, maybe she wasn't the right doctor for me. I was very disheartened by Dr. Dunsworth's response. As someone who works in the healthcare industry, I would never respond to a patient in that matter. There is always an opportunity to assess processes to improve wait times. Had Dr. Dunsworth simply apologized and stated that wait times would be evaluated, I would have given her 5 stars.
