My son was recently diagnosed with kyphosis of his back my son‘s doctor given us a referral to this location I originally made an appointment for my son months ago then received a phone call from the doctors nurse stating that the doctor was going to be in surgery those days and would have to cancel the appointment did not even offer to reschedule the appointment just canceled and since that day I’ve been trying to call to reschedule another appointment but who can get through To them it’s already enough I have to jump through hoops to get the right doctors to fix my son you folks really need to learn your customer service skills learn how to answer the phone there are people out there they need help

Wow what an incredible facility. My son had an accident on his dirtbike and they took me in immediately. From the receptionist at the front desk to each and every nurse and the doctor everybody was fantastic I highly recommend this hospital and the entire staff. Dr Dressing and his staff are professional and extremely helpful

An absolutely horrible staff at the door. My son's doctor is awesome, however the support staff for the building need additional training (medical training).

The reason I’m giving them 1 stars is because of the following.I had a follow up appointment with Dr Flores who is amazing by the way, to go over my daughter’s lab results.He told me it would be through their virtual link called Telehealth to prevent me from driving 45 minutes to the facility.To my surprise I get a voicemail 2 days before my appointment from a “Marissa” telling me I had to come to the facility for my daughter’s appointment.I called her back and specifically told her it was supposed to be a Virtual appointment but she told me no it’s on site.I drove 45 minutes to Wellington from Coconut Creek with my daughter only to be told by the receptionist “The doctor isn’t here on Thursday’s, your appointment is virtual”.I was FURIOUS!I got a call and verified with Marissa and also an email to come there but nope!Got on the call with the Doctor who felt so bad all because MARISSA couldn’t follow simple instructions!Waste of Gas,Time,and my SunPass $!Never ever again!

I was this morning for my son. And i was told that they didn't have referral from his doctor i called my son's doctors office and one of the nurses told me it was send on April 30th now I don't know if they didn't get it or they misplaced it. But they did resend it. I was mad and ready to leave plus i don't live near there but the appointment its for my son not for me so i stayed. But in other hand everyone is nice Luis, Maria Dc. Flores are really great 😁😁😁. Thank you for everything.

Both of my sons had surgery here and it was as good of an experience as possible. Dr. Balbosa is amazing and we really appreciate her and the staff!
