I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Mike and his assistant Leah. He has helped my knees greatly and his assistant Leah has a way of making the injections almost painless. Very friendly office.

How this Dr. gets any stars is beyond me. The staff is okay, but Dr. Mike has a nasty habit of talking down to his patients, even making fun of them. He leaves the door open so you can hear every word he says to other patients, and his staff. After my 2nd visit, I left in tears because I was the brunt of his joke. I'll never go back!

Arrogant and rude staff, as they say, s__t flows downhill. He is arrogant, rude, and full of himself. Mistakes made as far as medications prescribed without ever checking the chart of current meds being taken caused me a serious scare. Thank God for the Walgreens pharmacist! When I told him I have some questions about the shoulder replacement surgery I was looking at, he snidely replied "I'll give you a pamphlet ". He also has a policy of Noone in the office returning calls for 24 hours. Overall, a horrible experience. Changed doctor's before daring to allow him to operate on me. KEEP AWAY!!! Oh yeah, when my primary doctor referred me elsewhere, I called and told them I need my records, I was told that they don't have to provide them for 24-48 hours, which wouldn't be in time for my appointment with my new doctor. The new doctor's office told me not to worry, they would get them directly. Note: Today is 4 days since I was given the 2nd of what's supposed to be a 3 shot treatment, and I am experiencing more pain in my shoulder than I've ever felt, to the point of almost going to the ER. The anti inflammatory medication prescribed is doing absolutely nothing.

There are two words that describe Dr. Mike and his staff ....The Best! Friendly, compassionate and thorough in a relaxed atmosphere.

I first met Dr Mike one year ago after I shattered my R wrist due to a knockdown from my 90 lb puppy. Dr Mike repaired my wrist with a minimal incision line to show for it. This year he did a Reverse Shoulder Replacement on my Left shoulder. I am undergoing PT and gratefully on the mend. Thank you Dr Mike, Leah ( his PA) and the rest of his great staff .

Love this practice. Have had nothing but good experiences with all of the staff. They listen to your concerns and address the issue at hand. in a timely and professional manner. Dr Mike and Leah thank you.

Dr Mike is the best! He performed both (left & right) ACL surgeries on my son within a few years of each other. Very professional, explained everything, checked up on him, and all around great personality. Staff was great too!

Dr Mike is amazing hand’s down the best orthopedic I have ever been to , did both my knee replacement’s and I’m getting ready to do my reverse shoulder replacement staff is amazing. Would highly recommend.

I been seeing Dr. Mikolajczak for awhile. I had knee surgery on 12/9/2020 for a meniscus tear. Still I have so much stiffness and soreness in my knee after having my knee bend for more than 5 minutes. No mobility in my knee stiil. I kept going back to the doctor with the same issue and finally I got an MRI but have not made it back to the doctor due to insurance issues. Honestly I my knee was alot better before I had the surgery. When I do go back I hope the Doctor can find out what the problem is. I do have arthritis in my knee but that was not giving me any issue. Can't walk for along time without feeling pain and soreness. And can't bend my knee fully back still.

I was ready to give up. Couldn’t hardly walk due to knee problems. He replaced both of my knees, right 2015 , left 2017. Great surgeon and staff. I highly recommend Dr Mike. I’ve been golden ever since. I can walk as far as I want. Literally.
