I’m 87 years old and had suffered with a pinched nerve in my back that caused severe pain radiating down my right leg; on a scale of 1 to 10 it was often a 15. Dr. Alam performed surgery(small incision) on Jan. 3rd and I was told that because of the pain killers I would be taking that I probably wouldn’t drive for at least a week. I had no pain and was driving on Jan. 5th. I can’t describe in medical language precisely what he did but I can report I have NO pain radiating down my leg. Dr.Milan is a gifted concerned patient professional.

I can highly recommend Dr Alam He has an excellent personality as well that he is the perfect surgent You can have. I was in terrible pain for 4 month ,I did PT for two month then I had two epidural in my spine with almost zero effect I had a large cyst in 4-5th vertebrae so I needed spinal fusion to alleviate the pressure from the cyst on my spinal cord also there was an issue with arthritic bone growth .So DR Alam did my surgery(very long) 12 days ago the next day in the hospital I was able to walk with a walker but an hour latter I walk on my on in the hospital hallway for short periods. I was in the hospital for four days now I am walking normal my nerve pains are gone feel fantastic of course I need long heeling time as any bone surgery. I am very happy with the results!
