Amazing Doctor and staff!!! I am so happy I found this office. They are truly amazing!!!

Dr. Ashely was our favorite. She did both my kids cavities. I feel there has been a lack of transparency with this office they were great a yr ago and then all of a sudden someone took the practice over and then last week they told me Dr Ashely was still there called today she is not there anymore and this location has been closed and moved to another when I asked why and I was confused limited info was given.. don’t like it

Ms.Tahimy is such a pleasant and professional person to interact with. She was kind and patient whenever I needed assistance. Great customer service. I have three sons who got there braces serviced at this location, and I’ll always remember Tamihy’s kindness.

This office is ridiculous! I have been trying to schedule an appointment for two months and never received a call back! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The enviroment is clean, organized and attractive. Great custoner service and great people.

I am incredibly disappointed with the service at this place. It has been impossible to get an appointment to maintain the braces I currently have in. There is a severe lack of transparency regarding my treatment, which has put me in a difficult position. I took time off work and, as a school teacher, managed to schedule an appointment with only about 30 minutes to spare (my 4-6 previous appointments only took about 10 minutes) . However, upon arrival, I was informed that the procedure would take about an hour. I was unable to stay, leaving without getting my braces serviced, which was extremely frustrating. To make matters worse, the next available appointment was another four weeks out. My teeth are beginning to shift back to where they were before treatment, and I am in pain and discomfort due to the bands that have broken because they have been in too long. This office constantly takes on new patients but seems incapable of properly accommodating current ones. By the time I am able to be seen, I will be eight weeks past due for my treatment. They also do not take appointments on Fridays, which were my only days off while working summer school. The front desk representative was nonchalant and didn’t seem to care about my situation. No one there seemed to care enough to try to help me come to a resolution. She simply blankly stared in my face in the loudest nonverbal "I DONT CARE", I have ever experienced. Considering my treatment is already paid for, it feels like they don’t care about me reaching my desired goals with my teeth. This is unacceptable. If anyone knows of a better orthodontist office that values their patients and provides timely care, please let me know. I am in desperate need of a reliable and transparent orthodontic service. I am choosing 1 star because 0 star is not an option. My health and care should be prioritized and unfortunately it isn't. Update: I called back today to try again to schedule and the rep hung up on me as I was frustrated with an appointment now another 8 weeks away. I was polite and respectful within the conversation. I couldn’t believe she simply hung up on me. I called back hoping it had been a connection issue. No answer. I left a message. It’s unfortunate because the doctors and hygienist are a pleasure to work with. The front desk staff on the other hand. The amount of times I received phone calls from the office to cancel my appointment with no explanation with me being 100% cooperative and non problematic , just for them to turn around and treat me like this is sad.

I have taken my daughter for routine cleanings at your office twice. For her most recent appointment, I was informed that it needed to be canceled for an “undisclosed” reason. The appointment was rescheduled for six weeks later, which was the next available slot. The day before this rescheduled appointment, I was contacted again and told it was canceled for the same reason. No legitimate explanation was provided. I have friends who also receive care at your office, and they have experienced similar cancellations for their children. I have called several times requesting an explanation and was told that someone would call me back with more information. However, I have yet to receive any follow-up communication. This practice and behavior is unprofessional and unscrupulous. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

The service is impeccable and the dentists are clear in the treatment plan needed. The staff are super nice and professional.

Love this office! Everyone is so kind and helpful! Had only positive experiences so far! Grateful we found them!

It was my son’s 1st time at the dentist he will be 3 in a week and I was terrified because he is super active. The experience was far from what I expected with his behaviors because they made him and myself feel relaxed. The experience was all the way around great from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you are walking out. The wait time was little to none I was early and I left early. The place was clean and the ambiance was just great! I would definitely recommend this Dentristry. Thank you.
