Sara Bernstein's Online Review Report Card

After seeing 2 different GYN doctors of which I felt were not what I was looking for in terms of all around care, I found Dr. Bernstein and couldn't be happier. She is one of the most caring individuals you can ever meet. She listens to your concerns to help you make the best decisions for your health and fully answers and addresses questions or concerns. Her staff makes you feel welcome and they have been as accommodating as they can be with making appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Bernstein!

Had to be one of the WORST run practices I have seen in a LONG time! I thought going to the practice manager with the scheduling and terrible front desk reception and attitude, but it was clear that the debauchery started from management. They have no care for patients, their ailments, pain or issues, All they are interested in is “accommodating” the 1 providers schedule with 3 offices and filling all available time slots to accrue the most possible money. U fortunately this leaves little to no room for patient care, respect, or even patient priority due to appointment type. In fact, all you are to this practice is a potential dollar sign that they could care less to lose, bc they will find another no-name patient to fill your time slot. I wasn’t even able to see the HIGHLY recommended provider bc after 3 phone calls with this office i was BEGGING for my records back to go to another provider! Do yourselves a favor and find another OB-Gyn office who actually has the time, capacity AND desire to care for its patients, not just your money! FYI- Anna & Marilyn you should be in the Tax business, collecting lost IRS checks rather than in patient care, your attitudes are much better suited for that. *** EDITED TO RESPOND TO REPLY**** Not at all what I was complaining imt, but i love how a professional such as a physician would blame a patients medical issues as a reason as to why your staff was abrasive, rude, repetitive and just non-caring. I said I felt I was nothing more than a dollar sign, and you proved it by blaming the patient and completing avoiding the actual complaint or responsibility. Either way I found a GREAT Ob-Gyn office made up of actual professionals and a very caring staff who handled my EXACT situation with the SAME exact insurance and 2 different appointments for myself as a NEW patient in under 15minutes and with more professionalism and class than your staff showed me in the mere 2 calls I had with them! so YES i am glad it all worked out, and i wish you the best blaming your patients and their medical issues for the lack of professionalism and care your staff shows! Glad i avoided this doctors office 🙏🏽

I have been going to this office for years. Dr. Bernstein is kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. When you ask questions she actually takes the time to answer and listen to you.

Dr Bernstein is the best. I transferred to her clinic for a one on one expedience while I was pregnant. She helped me so much just to survive my pregnancy. I was so sick throughout and she was truly amazing. Even afterwards and now a whole year postpartum, she has been the best with all of my needs and request. I trust her 100%.

Dr. Bernstein and her team are incredible. They walked me through a high risk pregnancy with twins. Dr. Bernstein is brilliant, innovative and genuinely kind. I am forever grateful for her and her team. My twins are healthy because of them.

Love the care of Dr. Sara Bernstein, she was very courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend her.

I've been going to Dr Bernstein for a few years now as a recommendation from a friend and I am very pleased with the service I get here. From the front desk girl to the nurses behind the counter, everyone is so friendly and willing to help if need be. I love the test they run on me to test my stress and heart rate which my last OBGYN did not offer in NJ. Dr Bernstein is very knowledgeable and patient. There is no reason to see someone else as she and her staff check all of my boxes :)

This place is ridiculous! Money hungry institution, trying to charge for late fee and miss appointment! Please note I’ve called numerous times to cancel and no one answered! Dr was on call to deliver my baby, never showed up! Came in the next morning to see if I wanted a procedure done on my baby, little did I know I had to pay extra money! Come to find out she didn’t accept the insurance I had! Said all of this to say, stay away if you can! Poor communication and no sympathy for patients! Then received mail telling me she can no longer care for me because I didn’t pay my bill yet! Dr for your information I would not want to be taken care by you ! Never again ! Good bye!

After reading some of these 1 star reviews, I have to 100% disagree with them. Dr. Bernstein is an extraordinary doctor. Her bed side manner is like no other doctor I’ve been to... she’s kind, caring, patient, professional and personable. She is the most thorough doctor I’ve ever met, she listens and shows genuine concern. I know that her wait times can be a little longer than most people would like, but I really don’t care about waiting because she cares and takes the time needed with each patient. I can’t say enough great things about her. The meaning of the word extraordinary is Dr. Bernstein.
