Suhail Masudi's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Masudu is a very caring and Professional Doctor. He is very knowledgeable and treated my 76 year old Mother like a queen. We drove from Pembroke Pines,FL because he was the best Endocrinologist we experienced.

The most incompetent office staff. Don’t waste your time here.

It was my first visit with Dr. Masudi. I do not know enough to rank him. The front desk worker gets zero. It is his front desk worker who fails at even the most basic workplace standards. She was rude from the moment I arrived. She is beyond unfit to be in direct contact with any patient. When people visit a Dr. They are possibly at their most vulnerable moments and deserve kind care. You never know what someone could be going through. No one wants to be treated poorly by someone just because they showed up. She was more interested in my marital status, ethnicity and if I had a job..full or part time? She held my id hostage for over 35 minutes. (No victim of id theft would be comfortable with that!) She was so interested in my ethnicity that she pulled, ENLARGED and printed a profile detailing my ethnicity (which I was born in Brazil, but do not identify as Hispanic/Latin. I am an Israelite) and attached it to my copy of the Dr' instructions?!?! Also I noticed the respectful demeanor being reserved only for those patients who look like her (the front desk worker. Hmm 🤔 If I were not as pleased as I am with Dr. Masudi; I would never return to that office. He deserves a much better staff. Thank you Dr. Masudi for everything that you do. You are appreciated. UPDATE!!!! I was just informed by a well know Doctor that if a Dr prescribed both calcium and vitamin D supplements ; you should fire them. That combination hardens the arteries...

I had an appointment for several months. about a month before my appointment I was told that the doctor would not be available and that I would have to wait for openings and answer calls as they became available. Why did I make an appointment several months out if the doctor would not be available, and why do I have to be on call for an appointment. This is rediculous. I'll find another doctor who takes their appointments more seriously.

I never was able to see the doctor. I had an appointment scheduled for several months. about a month before the appointment I was told the doctor could not see me and to wait for a call for an open appointment. I don't have time to be on call for an appointment. I'll find another physician.

I have been going to Dr MASUDI for 4 years.He is a wonderful doctor.Very nice and understanding.Thank you Dr Masudi.

Wonderful empathetic physician, lovely human being

Great doctor, easy to talk to and answer all questions, not rushed at all. staff was friendly and cooperative.

When I was pregnant 2 years ago I tried calling in and they were extremely rude and when I didn’t hear their question and said “sorry I didn’t hear you” they yelled it back and said “did you hear me now” and my friend has Dr Masudi and likes him very much and had a good experience with the doctor, she has said the front desk office is terrible that the only down fall but I can get past it. I called three times, waited as they said to hold and all three times they picked the phone back up and hung up again….the forth time she answered with attitude and attended me right away, so you obviously hung up because you didn’t want to work. I wanted to give them a try but I don’t know how to get passed that type of treatment all to make an appointment. It’s so disappointing! I hope Dr Masudi at some point sees all these comments that mainly have to do with the treatment of his patients or potential patients being so unhappy and mistreated by office staff and how it’s costing him his reputation and new or returning patients.

I have been managing life without adrenal glands for over 25 years. When I relocated and had to find a new endocrinologist, I starting seeing Dr. Masudi about a year ago. I knew I was in the right place. He is an Endocrine genius. My case is very complex and it's not easy to find an endocrinologist who have the in-depth knowledge and expertise of my condition. On top of that he is kind, helpful, he communicates clearly. I would highly recommend Dr. Masudi to anyone who is looking for one of the best endocrinologists in the business.
