Terrible , Terrible, Terrible referral department in this office!!! Really deserves nooo stars. Please fix your problem

Gave my dad Prevacid and he died of bladder cancer. Then gave my mom Abilify when she came crying instead of calling a family member. She lost her memory and died. Pill Pusher

My how far this place has fallen. He went from a fantastic personal doctor and now this place is a corporation. They don’t care about the patient at all and it has lost the family aspect in their name. Dr A has lost his way and his divorce from Bago has just destroyed him. So many of us fell through the cracks when he had a breakdown and stopped seeing patients because Bago left him. I wish I could go back and have the great Dr A I had 6 years ago but it’s not possible and it’s time to move on from this place.

Went to them for about 8 years. Vinny and his family takes the show on the road with his family. Buys up most of the building and surrounding property. Became more of a mall than a health care center. I used their pain management center until they tossed me and made it into a holistic medicine center. Very modern and over the top. Don’t really give a crap about their patients. All about the $$$$

Cant get through on the phone to make an appt. If you call expect to be on hold for at least 20 to 30 minutes every time. To see the doctor for annual exam it takes almost a month or longer. Doctors will not refill my prescriptions keep sending me to specialists to do my prescriptions. If I have to be sent away to other doctors then what do I need Premier for. There obviously Way under staffed. Time to find a real family practice.

I have been with Dr Apicella for 16 ys in the beginning they were great Drs and staff were very thorough . since then, I have seen one Dr on a permanent basis for a short while. After that maybe 4 or 5 diff advisors/doctors not real doctors more like helpers. to me they over spent making very garish renovations a(which looks like a Vegas hotel rather than a medical facility. i believe at a great cost to its clients so if you prefer DO DM and other replacements for real medical Drs which are simply ok not good. they seem to be overly concerned about covid for their staff and precious little for their clients. providers that one cannot understand and require a repeat of what they said. i believe they are using lower paid assistance to pay for their elaborate renovations' coffee shop health parlor marijuana clinic/supplier beauty parlor at a great cost to their patients . if you dont mind sitting outside talking to someone who claims to be a provider whose English leaves much to be desired this is your place and waiting anything from 10 minutes to 45 minutes to see a provider when you are on time, very unprofessional I will be looking elsewhere

do yourself a favor and find another place for your health. they never ever call you back so frustrating and unprofessional !!!!

The staff at Premiere is now the worst. They used to be friendly, courteous and prompt. Now they give attitude and don’t follow through with what they are supposed to do. You will end up having to call many times to make sure they do what they were supposed to do. And I have waited an hour and a half to see a doctor. The quality is not worth the visit.

He has a huge practice that is run by nurse practitioners and rude and ineffective office staff and receptionist who can’t get basic jobs done correctly or in a timely manner. They make you water for over an hour, and then rush you through your appointment.

He really doesn’t seem patients and has his nurse practitioners do most of the work. The office staff and receptionist are the worst! They make mistakes and give attitude when you have to call often. You wait an hour and a half to be rushed through your visit!
