They seem eager and happy to go out of their way to answer questions check approvals and prompt with returning calls. Dr. Patel himself called me back 15 minutes after I called him and was pleasant and handled the concern immediately. I have been a nurse for 30 years and have never been this impressed with everything about a practice and office staff. Give them 6 stars on a 5 star rating system
