Really upset with this office and how they operate. I scheduled an appointment with a doctor. They scheduled me with a nurse with 5 years experience. Not a PA, a nurse. They did not tell me this. And it’s intentional. It’s not like they don’t know or forgot. They didn’t inform. If they informed me, that at least gives me a choice. But I have major issues going on in this very specialized area and a nurse as a first appointment is completely inappropriate. Then, my concern was dismissed with “she can do everything a doctor can do except surgery”. Let me ask the ENT’s nationwide if that is so and their sentiments. It’s just not true. Education, training, experience and skill have merit and that’s what patients are seeking, need and pay for. Next appointment with a doctor is 1.5 months. No offense against anyone personally here….but…..if my car has engine problems but your mechanic is booked and you schedule me with a paint and body shop….it’s inappropriate and does nothing for the car or the owner.

I want to be as unbiased here as possible. First, I'd like to say that Dr Scotch himself is a great provider. Good doctor who is very informative and kind. However, his staff and the way they serve the patients is unlike anywhere I've ever been a patient at. I was supposed to have a Tonsillectomy scheduled and to this day I am still waiting on that call from the scheduler. I get that these days things are very busy and hectic due to high demand and short staff etc. However that is no reason for me calling the office 5 times leaving a message for the same person and that message never being returned. I called the front desk even and no one ever answers the phone at this office, I just truly don't understand it. Zero communication was returned from this office after my first appointment. For this reason alone it has been enough for me to never go here again and to also advise others that they seem to be a little to busy for their own good. If you are looking for a good ENT I would advise seeing a small family doctor who specializes because clearly they are too big for the everyday patient.

It's been a real mixed bag thus far, Dr. Scotch and PA Chris at the Trinity location know their stuff and are amazing, other staff at the Trinity location aren't great, but staff at the Wesley Chapel location have been very good. Long wait times at times, but Dr. Scotch is worth it.

Dr.Scotch and staff are so amazing. Best experience ever from a doctor I have ever had. Very patient and knowledgeable about the issues I had and explained my options to correct them. Definitely highly recommend them hands down!!! Thanks again
