Dr. Shah explained his plan well before my wife's procedure. He also described well what he did after the procedure.

This doctor is so arrogant and insensitive with a horrible bedside manner. My PCP referred me for specific tests and he would not perform the tests because he was 100% sure I have reflux. I had just been to a GI Dr and had an endoscopy 3 weeks early confirming I have no GI issues. My child was with me and his comments were completely insensitive and inappropriate in front of a child..

I was hesitant for today’s visit based on some of the reviews, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Dr. Shah was very congenial, while at the same time, concise and focused. He explained everything thoroughly and was sure I understand the plan before wrapping up the appointment. I’ve worked in the medical field for almost 20 years and can be a little hypercritical, but I was very pleased with today’s visit and would happily recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Chirag Shah is incredible pulmonary doctor and an excellent person. Not only has he taken great care of my respiratory health, but also he is very nice to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Dr. Shah is very understanding and listens to your concerns. Dr. Shah takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pulmonary specialist.

Dr Shah is one if the most kindest, caring, professional Drs. I know. He saved my husband's life after going septic 4 times in 4 months. There are no words to express my gratitude. If you ever need a pulmonologist he is the dr. to go to. We are now seeing him in his Wesley Chapel office and Samantha his tech nurse is very kind and caring along with Dr Shah. I arrived at the office at 1pm for my 1:15 pm appointment with Dr.Shah on 4/6/21. After paying my copay, Samantha, the Medical Assistant, called me back at 1:25 pm to an exam room. She was very friendly, polite and professional. We briefly discussed our October birthdays while she took my vitals. Dr. Shah came into the exam room within minutes. He was very informative explaining the results of my tests and made sure I knew the severity of my problem. He made sure I understood everything before he went on to the next subject. He joked with me a little which I like that in a doctor. It makes me feel more comfortable. He walked me through how a CPAP machine works and explained what needs to be done. He asked if I had any questions and said I could call him later if I did. He was very pleasant and professional. He then walked me to the checkout window where his staff joked with him too. All in all, it was an extremely pleasant doctor office visit.

I usually do not give 5 star or excellent ratings but in this case it is warranted! After moving to Florida nearly 5 years ago I needed to find a new Doctor to monitor my sleep disorder. I chose Dr. Shah and it was definitely the right choice. He is very personable, precise and professional. He reviews your symptoms with you and discusses the options you have available for treatment. Another plus about Dr. Shah is he treats you as a person and not just a patient. He always has time to ask how my golf game is going and to know he cares enough to remember a personal interest I have means a lot. Dr. Shah also has my wife as a patient and was very instrumental in diagnosing her lung cancer and following her progress and care received at Moffitt Cancer Center. She is now in full remission!
