No one ever answers the phone and all information for my child was submitted and two weeks have gone by and no response. I leave voicemails and they never return calls.
Worst place ever !! They have the worst staff ever nonethical!! They are not knowledgable about speech therapy!!
unfortunately my complaint is not for the therapists but for the administrative part terrible service to my daughter they have changed her therapist 4 times and today I do not want to attend her they do not give an explanation and the only thing the person in charge says is that until they hire another therapist My daughter will not have service, that is terrible since my daughter needs it for her day-to-day life, it is humiliating and sad that they notify you without the option of looking for another site and that my daughter does not waste time, it is very unfortunate, they should check what people they have in The administrative part leaves the place very bad, that lady is very hateful, what a shame that a place with such good therapists, a single person damages the good work of others, very sad and frustrating.
Couldn't get an appointment for my son. Nobody answers the phone or bothers to call back. I left multiple messages & not one person called back. Do people even work here? Very unprofessional! Ended up getting an appointment immediately with another speech therapist's office

Take your child somewhere else!!! NOBODY answers the phone or emails you back or listens!!! Scheduling is also a NIGHTMARE!!! And don’t bother reaching out to the owner she doesn’t respond either!!! They DO NOT CARE!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...THEY DON'T CARE FOR THE CLIENTS AND HAVE NO STAFF TO TAKE CARE OF THE CLIENTS.THEY ARE QUICK TO CHARGE YOU $50 FOR CANCELATIONS EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE CANCEL VIA EMAIL CAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE OR LISTEN TO MESSAGES.LET YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER KNOW ABOUT YOUR SITUATION SO THEY DON'T PAY FOR SERVICES YOUR CHILD HAS NOT RECEIVED OR BEEN A PART OF...My son has been going to therapy for over a year now and was very excited about going to therapy but since they can't keep the proper staff to take care of everyone they pick and choose who gets services and the kids are the ones paying for it at the end of the day do to the lack of staff and professionalism.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE WE HAVE BEEN DOING FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT PUTS CLIENTS FIRST!

Why can I never get ahold of someone from this facility? I have been calling for 2 weeks. June 6th to be exact. I have called 15 times and sent multiple emails. Very disappointing.
