I love this place! It’s been such a great help for my son:)

To whom it may concern stay away from this place My Spot,Kids Spot or Comunication Corner or whatever name they go by now. They can't keep staff in place to take care of kids learning needs.They remove my son from Therapy for not showing up but they the ones who cancel his appointments whenever they feel like it hours before his schedule to be seen but they want you to give them a 24 hours notice if not they will charge you a cancelation fee of $50 for not showing up.Also keep and eye on your kids health insurance cause they will bill them without your kid been there for service never provided by them.This is the second time they have remove my son from Therapy with the excuse of no call no show when in reality the fact is they don't have the personal to cover everyone needs since every other month the staff quicks to go work for a better facility...Ever since they move to a bigger place their services has become poor quality not focusing on the kids needs.Their only focus now is the money to keep the doors open to provide a poor service...Do your research and find a place that has the staff available to help your child improve for the better and not for the worse.
