Zero stars in not an option. Absolute nightmare. NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY!! The VA sent me here so I did not have to drive so far to appointments. This office accepted my authorization letter from the VA to be seen at this office. When I arrived they demanded I show them my insurance card even though the VA was the one who referred me. They refused to bill the VA and said their hands were tied and that they had to charge Cigna. After some phones calls the VA said it was illegal for them to charge Cigna for an appointment that they made. The receptionist refused, didn’t offer any solutions, or ask and see if maybe she was mistaken. She was just rude. The only reason for this is, if they charge Cigna they make more money than they do from the VA. So I suggest you go see someone who isn’t out to rob you and actually cares about helping you medically.

This place is a nightmare. They have multiple locations. I called in the morning because I was struggling with my asthma symptoms. I was waiting for a call from the nurse. I get a call back at 4:45 saying I should go to my primary, a walk in clinic or the ER. Wow, this is supposed to be an asthma specialist. I asked for an appointment with them.. They were going to schedule me the next day at their Carrollwood location, but they can't because I am an allergy patient at the Wiregrass location, so I cannot be seen at any other location. I explained I was not getting injections (those are kept in 1 office), I only wanted to be seen by a provider. Nope, nada. Also, even though the clinics say Florida Medical Clinic, they all have their own rules and do not answer or have guidelines to follow from FMC. The lack of care is an embarrassing.
