Florida Medical Clinic Audiology & Hearing Aids's Online Review Report Card

Edit Feb 13, 2023. Went to see MacDonald who was a wonderful Audiologist gave the place a 5 Star review. But I changed it , my parents had some questions and called to ask for the Audiologist to call my parents so they can ask questions and then pay pay $6,000 to get new hearing aides order. The receptionist said that MacDonald doesn't do call back. So, We are taking our money somewhere else. I already paid $250 to have my old hearing fix. So I will pick that up when it comes in. Please understabd that if you have love ones and want to talk to Audiologist, they don't do call backs.

Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. My wait time was minimal. The Audiologist and ENT I visited addressed my issues and answered questions to my satisfaction. I recommend this group and will visit again when deemed necessary.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you ever go here.. do NOT see Dr. Gray. He's a condescending jerk and you will basically pay $50 for him to talk down to you, and then he and his little assistant will mock you TO YOUR FACE because they are closed minded and don't understand what you do. I waited for him for 2 hours my first visit for him to get annoyed at me for asking questions, and left with no real answers on what was wrong. I gave him another chance after his general "I tell this to everyone" suggestion didn't work, only to be treated like a child. Never again.

Professional Doctors who care deeply about their patients and caring staff who treats their patients like people not just a number...highly recommended!!

I went with my son on a Tuesday because his stomach was hurting him from food poisoning. My son was 8 years old and we went and finished everything and left. My son was not feeling better after 2 days so we went back to ask if they can probably give us a different medicine or anything. The woman then said that she would charge us full price once again, even though I had went 2 days previous from that visit. I was very upset and left the store curious at why they would charge me full price twice for medication that wouldn't work!

Beautiful facility, great location, professional doctors however... this low review is for customer service. Upon showing up for our appointment, we were told the doctor is running 1 hour behind. We were not notified before leaving work to be sure we were on time. I understand things happen, everyone has hiccups in their day, however your time is not more valuable than mine. Not calling me to let me know you can not make my set appointment time with you, is unprofessional and unacceptable. Please, out of respect for your paying patients, respect them more and call them if you can't make your appointment time with them.
