List of Florida Medical Clinic's Reviews
Came in for a yearly physical and they billed the insurance company as a follow up . Explained before I left the office that this is not a follow up at the time of the physical . The insurance has to have to physical once a year and it doesn’t have to be a year from the date of the physical . For some reason this office can’t comprehend this or they make more money billing the insurance company for a follow up rather then a physical . Save time and aggravation and go somewhere else not worth the aggravation. Dr Cozzolino was explained this before I left the office at the time of the visit and they stilled billed it wrong.
Not friendly or accommodating at all. I had one appointment here that was fine and rescheduled another one 6 months out. I had it in my calendar as one day and missed the appointment they had me scheduled for. I received a bill for $25 for a missed appointment. I called the number and said I was not under the impression I had an appointment that day and the response was did you want to go ahead and pay your bill$25 for an appointment I did not know I had. I work in a medical office and we have never once charged someone for a misunderstanding. Poor customer service and all they want is your money during a global pandemic.
Jennifer Boatright PA. is amazing I travel from Spring Hill and Port Richey to Wesley Chapel just to see her. My husband does as well. The staff is friendly and warm very professional
Love Rene Santoscoy
Poor service on prescription refill.1.Pharmacy attempted ..Failed to refill2. Called the office and they informed that the will send. But No luck3. Called again next day [Friday]. Again they said the same answer.4. Monday I called.. They said the the same answer I want to talk to the higher official ... They keep me on hold for 5 min hanged the phone..
this place is extremely unprofessional and disorganized and they seem to repeat the same errors across multiple patients. there is no communication between any of the staff and they are quick to send bills and overcharge but when it comes to getting necessary medication that’s a different story. if you have a lot of time to waste and money to blow this is a great place for you
Love my Dr and my ARNP. They are the best. The office and their policies not patient friendly or patient accessible. I called and asked to speak with my Dr’s MA. I was told she wasn’t available at that time. I asked to pass my message to any of my health care providers. I had just received my lab results on Friday and knew my dr will have to change the dosage on one of my meds. I asked to please look at it and change it since I only had enough pills until Monday and my appointment was on Thursday. I did not want to refill a Med to discard it 3 days later. I was told no. I needed to be seeing so they can bill the insurance. I told the lady I was being seeing in 3 days. Still the answer was no. Even though she was legally correct she made me feel that money comes first and that is their 1 priority.I don’t want a response an I’m sorry or a call back. I understand you are not a non profit organization but you are a health care company.
Upon arrival i overheard a kelli Anzalone ARNP discussing with the office manager that she was working til 5 pm on telemedicine and she needed to have a conversation with a particular patient because the mri came in and it wasnt good. Shortly thereafter we my 2 kids and I were escorted to our room. We waited in the room for over 40 minutes and after asking why the Kelli was so delayed it took another 5 mins for the her to come in. She offered an apology and i pointed out the double standard. We get charge of were late or dont show and her apology is unacceptable. She then began the physicals for both my kids and when it came time to examine their private parts i asked my daughter to step out when it got to that point. For my daughters exam kelli performed the examination with my son in the room. To say she was embarrassed is an understatement. I jumped up and stood infront of my son in an attempt to provide my daughter some privacy but he was still able to hear what kelli was saying to her. Who does that?. Later when i asked her where i needed to take my son for xray she recommended she said i would get it at check out. At check out i was told we were all set to go. I asked for the xray info and was told there was no notes indicating we needed that information. Kelli hadnt entered that information and had to be asked by the office staff to do so.Kelli is the most unprofessional individual Ive ever encountered and I will never return to this office. Im so angry we were treated like a number and expected to feel grateful to even be seen.Complete lack of appreciation of my time. Completely unprofessional exam of my daughters private parts with her brother in the room. Completely unprofessional discussing any patients medical results with the office manager in the office. Completely incompetent in filing out my sons chart. As I sit and write this Im horrified my children had to experience this and Im so angry
Doctor was thorough caring and professional. I was seen quickly and everyone greeted me with a smile.
Not impressed with Dr. Cozzolino. Will not be going back. My first appointment and not impressed. All that time I spent on the firms spilling my guts on health issues and he did not ask anything about those forms. No thank you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
