My family and I use this facility for several practices obgyn dematology and the urgent care.It always clean and efficient the staff is friendly. I like how convenient it is and the results for blood work or labs are always done in a timely manner. As a mom it is important to have drs I can talk to and a system that communicates effectively together.Personally I have been a patient of Dr Paniellos for years and he is kind an answers all your questions and will explain things very well.

Most unprofessional place I have ever been to The neurology clinic is a JOKE I was a patient of dr Jain who left without telling me and I am in the middle of Neurological testing and wanted to make a follow up appointment for all of this and was told she left and wouldn’t say where. My only 2 choices was 2 doctors I have never met and take MONTHS to see for a FOLLOW UP with my results from an EEG test. Scheduling has always been an inconsistent nightmare and has taken months just to get the EEG even scheduled. I live an hour away and had reschedule an appointment once when I was 3 minutes late because they decided to take the person ahead of me. What happened to the 15 minute period in between waiting. So I had to drive an hour back home. Then I had to reschedule of course and they changed my appointment without telling me. So I change it again drive all the way there for them to tell me they schedule the wrong eeg when I SPECIFICALLY confirmed that I was the test that I go home with which 3 different people. So AGAIN I had to drive 2 hours for nothing. No one knows what they’re doing. If you ask a question to any of the staff expect different answers from every one of them Never going back AGAIN HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND

The doctor basically blew me of coz it was a workers comp situation no treatment that I already knew spent more than $200 to fill a paper and talk to me...

Dr. Frank is always professional. He has helped me over over again throughout the years. There has been times where any other Doctor would have just givenup. I have been very lucky to have him as my Doctor.

After years of being bounced around from doctor to doctor due to insurance changes I scheduled an appointment to try to get established with a new doctor I could actually get to know and stick with. I have a family history of breast cancer and was due for my mammogram and check up that tends to be quite stressful each year. Veronica C. Davis was highly recommended and was accepting new patients. However I was told when scheduling that she does not see patients for initial visits so the first visit would have to be with an nurse practitioner. This should have been my first red flag. I found it odd that I could not see the actual doctor I am trying to meet and get established with unless I wanted to make a second appointment. I wanted to make sure she was a good fit for my needs. Nonetheless I scheduled with the nurse practitioner anyway hoping for the best. I had to schedule over a month out. The day before my appointment which I had already made work accommodations for I received a phone call from the office stating that because I had seen a different doctor within Florida Medical Clinic YEARS ago that I could now not be seen by this doctor or nurse practitioner. The reason their office does not allow interoffice patient transfers. Hmmm...I saw this other doctor YEARS ago once or twice. I was not a current patient of hers. Meanwhile NO ONE mentioned that while making the appointment. The woman I spoke with was kind and apologetic but offered no solution to this absurd office policy. Now more than a MONTH has been wasted without my screenings and I am off of work tomorrow morning and they refuse to see me and cancelled my appointment. Incredibly disappointed in this practice and the way they completely disregarded my health.

I visited the ENT Center here my experience thus far has been excellent The staff and professionals there are knowledgeable empathetic and friendly. The service was prompt and it feels like they actually care about you. Would absolutely recommend

Unfortunately my experience was horrible the Wesley Chapel office the receptionist was so rude and ungracious it was so bad that she even hung up the phone the last time I called I was misdiagnosed by the doctor and nurse practitioner and for that reason I ended up in the hospital with pneumonia I give them a star because I can not give them zero
