The doctor and nurse practitioner have been wonderful in listening and providing care. They need more front office staff. It is extremely hard to get an appointment and to get someone on the phone to ask a question. The hold times are ridiculously long. The front reception desk can seem flustered and overwhelmed.

Everybody in this office is awesome !! Always vibrant and helpful. The only person that you might run into issue with is Kat. She seems like she has attitude issues. Other than that 100% recommend

As a patient for nearly 15 years, I couldn't be more disappointed by my experiences with Dr. Yousef, his PAs, and his staff over the last couple of years. It's apparent that number of visits and level of insurance billing takes a FAR higher priority than patient care and patient needs. The office manager and staff need to go back to the basic fundamentals of civility and communication. Dr. Yousef should take a strong look at the future of his business as it's most certainly accelerating in the wrong direction.
